The two adjoining rooms we had in the basement were excellent. The staff we spoke to were very friendly. They sorted the parking which is a nightmare but I think that’s Harrogate in general.

Perfect
We loved our stay in Harrogate at Hotel Du Vin the hotel was great, room was really big and huge comfy bed with a roll top bath, just perfect.

Great location and staff are helpful and friendly. Room facilities were good. Comfy bed. Lovely cocktails from the bar. Good tea tray with quality products. Parking is very convenient right outside and reasonably priced. The bathroom really needs a shower enclosure as the bath was tricky to step into and the rubber mat is straight from the 70s! The decor was looking a little worn and tired.

Be careful of the basement rooms
Great location but made a mistake booking a basement room as the noise from above (constant walking) went on until very late and started very early x

Quite dusty skirting boards - decor in hallways and stairs a little shabby.
Service was very friendly and helpful; lovely lounge and restaurant area. Price was good. Very central. Don’t like paying for parking!

A beautiful hotel in Harrogate city centre near to all amenities. All staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent food in the Hotels Bistro. Generally a very good and welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely stay again.
