Location was great, enjoyed our lovely spacious room with good amenities. Only issue is was on the road side and traffic noise was exceptionally loud all the time, even making the balcony unusable. Nice pool.

Reception staff were great room was clean and well presented Reception booked is a taxi for the trip to the airport and this too was great. Scarborough is a fabulous place to visit, and the Scarborough Quest is well placed for easy access to the beach and all the local anenities.

Service at reception was friendly and helpful. The room provided spacious and clean though light on milk. Location of building in the heart of Scarborough which makes for easy access to the beach, shops and bus. Being on a major intersection did make our room a bit noisy. Otherwise would recommend staying here.

The property is split over a busy road, with the pool and lobby being separate from the apartments. The road noise was oppressive all day, rendering the balcony unusable. The room had a mouldy smell and didn’t have all the features as advertised. Overall we were disappointed.

前台人员态度差，房间无人打扫，百叶窗关不上，沐浴露一天就用完了，没有洗衣粉，靠垫、餐椅和家具上满是污渍，大楼和Quest大楼完全分开，而且房间和大楼一直散发着怪味。房间狭小，不会再住。
有位会说日语的工作人员真是帮了大忙。
设施也很好。
我在那里住了 15 晚，工作人员非常友好且乐于助人。房间宽敞、干净、很棒。如果我再来这里还会住在这里。
