定的最基础的房型。房间面积够大。地理位置超好，坐各个颜色的cat bus都能很快的找到车站。步行到Elizeberth bus station 大概10分钟左右。但是没有可开的窗。需要一直开空调才能通风。奇怪的空调关了开关，还有很大的响声。必须断电才能彻底安静，不方便！周五周六晚上Murray street街角有个酒吧，音乐很响而且要到凌晨，睡觉不好的要慎选这个房型。

来铂斯定了三家酒店，奥克斯是最满意的一家，干净卫生，又宽敞，地理位置特别优越，在奢侈品一条街，周边都是可以逛街和吃饭的地方，走路7分钟到铂斯地铁站，服务也很好。价格也不贵。墙裂推荐这家，睡觉也安静。
在珀斯的几天都住在这家酒店，地理位置绝佳，对面就是奢侈品店，非常核心的cbd区域，出行超级便利！定了家庭房，沙发可以翻出来当床，锅碗齐全，可以做一些简餐。入住送3瓶瓶装水，后面又去要了三瓶，前台说只有免费的三瓶水但还是给了，服务还是很热情的，可以问他们要市中心免费cat（公交车）的路线图，我们出门乘坐了几次感觉很便利。（补充一下入住期间是不打扫卫生的，可以要求倒垃圾）
Oaks Perth这个酒店我非常满意，首先是它的位置非常好，就在珀斯市中心，离珀斯火车站和珀斯地铁站都是步行的距离，对面是LV、卡地亚、GUCCI等豪华的奢侈品店，所以位置是没得说。同时房间非常的干净，也很大。但是我订的房间不提供基本的每日保洁服务，需要自己把房间弄得整洁一点。在入住的前一周是我的生日，入住的前台小姐姐非常的贴心，送给我一瓶红酒。虽然红酒不是很贵，但也是一个小小的心意。早餐略有简陋。同时，对于提着大行李箱的游客来说，酒店门口的阶梯旁有一个升降机，可以自己不用提着行李上楼。总体来说，这家酒店是非常不错的
酒店位置极佳，就在市中心，周围商业发达，靠近步行街。交通便利，去机场十分方便。酒店房间很大，大床舒适，早餐也很不错。

最初被安排在五楼一间比较旧的房间，空调声音特别大，根本睡不着。第二天向前台反映后，他们检查了问题并把我们换到了二楼一间新房间。员工很友好也很乐心帮助，但酒店缺少一些我所期待的设施，比如每日客房清洁服务、客房拖鞋等。
总的来说，房间很宽敞，对于乘坐公共交通工具的旅客来说，地理位置很方便，只是酒店没有带顶棚的车道，所以下雨的时候没法打车直接到酒店门口，容易淋湿。附近有Coles超市。
这个酒店靠火车站很近，方便出行。即使早上赶老鼠岛8:30的船也很方便。酒店很干净，有微波炉可以热东西。
地理位置很好，步行街旁边。周围吃的也很多，离海边也近。24小时前台。有三个电梯，速度快。有厨房，电磁炉，微波炉，2个锅，有刀和砧板，可以自己烧饭。卫生一般，连住三天，没有进来打扫过。马桶垫上贴两塑料纸不知道啥意思。用的话需要消毒一下才放心。需要1元押金，不知道啥时候退。
房间大，卫生好，很就脚。空气好，很安静，附近衣食住行，买高端产品的商店一应俱全，坐公交车非常方便，还有蓝猫
非常方便的酒店，外面就是精品点一条街，chanel， rolex，tag heur, gucci，tiffany都有。 两条街后是中国城，对面有coles。 房间里面有简单的厨房工具，如果不买早餐，可以自己买面包，鸡蛋，自己准备早餐。 房间够大！ 而且二楼和五楼有洗衣房，刷卡一次6澳币。
有电梯，外面热闹！
