不错，很大，有两个独立的卧室和独立卫生间，有厨房和露台，楼下有一家熊猫小馆，非常好吃。周边是便利店很方便。里海边也近，离铂斯站也近。
房间很大 还有个不小的阳台 卫生间也不小 出入电梯需刷房卡 如果开车需要使用酒店停车库的需慎重 我们买了酒店的停车位 但等到晚上回到车库时 停车位全满 前台给的答复是有很多客人退房后未将车开走 酒店也没办法 让我们自行去外面路上停车 还好周边小马路车位不算太紧张 我们是正好碰上周末停车免费 如果平时工作日 路上只能停2小时 就需要早起去挪车了
办入住时，前台时候一个人。不知道我们前边的住户有什么问题，我们等了快半个小时。直到我们后边又来了人，才有另一个人从后边出来帮我们办入住。 入住之后发现马桶盖是坏的，酒店现来修的，反正就是凑活用。酒店里地毯也有一股发霉的味道。整体来说不是很满意，价格不值。
珀斯市区酒店的性价比之选。前台亲切有礼。房间宽敞，卫生情况极佳。停车位充足。小遗憾是卫生间设施比较老旧，热水水温有些飘忽不定。总的来说，瑕不掩瑜，会再入住
酒店位于珀斯市中心，步行10分钟内有很多餐饮选择。可惜房间隔音不太好，别人开关门的声音听得很清楚。
隔音效果简直是零！酒店员工也完全不理会。孩子们跑来跑去敲门，家长们在阳台上喝酒开派对，一直闹到快天亮。退房的时候前台说会联系我，一个星期过去了，什么都没有！
住得很舒服，员工友好又乐于助人，公寓宽敞，设备都很新。停车费是30澳元/天，不过周末以及工作日晚上6点到早上8点路边停车免费，车位也很多。健身房设备不太好，和泳池在同一个区域，很多都生锈了。泳池水温不够暖和，冬天游泳不太行。
好评，楼下有两个晚间免费的停车位，不过推荐停到附近的停车场，省的早上还要挪车。楼下有一家中餐馆，酒店给了升级。

我们很喜欢宽敞的两居室公寓，里面有设备齐全的厨房、洗衣机、烘干机和舒适的床铺。酒店员工在我们入住期间也非常乐于助人且彬彬有礼。
