房间干净整洁、设施齐全、环境不错,服务人员非常热情,已经是第二次入住了,下次还会选这里!
希思罗机场附近的好选择……强烈推荐……非常舒适,坐公交也很方便……完美!
房间可以,但是有点小,当然离机场太近,噪音难免。服务不错,前台总有接待员,就连凌晨四点都有人。虽然只有两层楼,但没有电梯🛗还是会带来不便。Pod是种新的通行公交工具,挺方便,但就是要多走点路,人多性价比不理想。
没有漱口杯,更不要说刷牙用品了,是英国酒店的通病!!
这家酒店不错,干净整洁,离希思罗机场T5航站楼很近。我的房间有点问题,抽屉上凸出的金属架把我弄伤了,真的很疼!
酒店建筑有点老旧,但服务很好。
Aviation 酒吧的景观很棒,不过酒水价格就有点不美丽了。一杯大杯啤酒要7.40英镑,这在我常去的酒吧只要3.90英镑。
酒店房间很干净,布置得很体面,但风格比较老派。
停车费有点贵,一晚18英镑。
请不要选择这家酒店,它非常糟糕。
首先肯定一下工作人员,服务态度和办事效率还是很好的。然后早餐中规中矩,风景还可以,能看见飞机起飞。
但是这家酒店非常糟糕,外部设施看起来都还可以,应该新近装修过。
但是客房的设施都非常非常陈旧,看起来起码有20年了,除了电视是新的,其他都非常陈旧。
然后屋子味道也很大,而且窗户是封死的。
我一开始住的那间,浴缸实在是太脏了,里面有不知道是什么的脏东西。
后来前台给我换了另一间,反正没有明显的脏的地方,但是我也没敢洗澡。全酒店没有提供站立洗浴的客房,都是很老的包浆浴缸。
另一个卫生问题来自洗手液,也是很莫名其妙,塑料瓶子的按压处有积累的脏东西,一看就是反复使用的洗手液瓶子,然后洗手液洗完手,手有一股莫名其妙的臭味! 反正很恶心,gpt告诉我不要再用了,不正常肯定有问题。
总之强烈不推荐这家酒店!!! 我总体很少给差评!!!
另外那个所谓的胶囊运输现在也被告知不能用了,需要坐公交去T5航站楼。打uber依然很贵不知道为什么(20多镑)
非常好,干净,去T5航站楼很方便,服务人员也很友好。

地理位置优越。
酒店很干净。房间大小合适,基本的生活用品也都有提供。位置很好,靠近机场,步行就能到麦当劳。
这家酒店干净整洁,虽然有些地方略显陈旧,但问题不大。员工们都非常棒,我很喜欢那些小细节,比如提供额外舒适度的小靠垫,这在同等价位的酒店里是不常见的。对我来说,主要问题是房间的隔音效果不足以阻挡飞机噪音。每隔大约20秒,你就能听到飞机起飞时的巨大轰鸣声。如果你需要早睡以便赶第二天的航班,这可不太理想。
能住到能俯瞰跑道的房间真是太棒了。房间隔音效果很好,所以我们可以尽情地看飞机降落,又完全听不到噪音。
