As a regular solo visitor this hotel never disappoints. The owners and their staff are always cheerful, friendly and engaging and go the extra mile to ensure your stay is a memorable one. The hotel is characteristically charming, clean and comfortable as it was when it was built in 1952. Its location is quiet and convenient, with a 5 minute walk to the tram stop. Choice of cooked breakfast is available & also a 3 course evening meal (subject to availability). Free parking is also available. Prices are fair and reasonable if you book direct. Lovely stay and great service! I arrived quite late, but the gentleman on reception was really friendly and helpful, which made a great first impression. It was my first time staying at the Headlands Hotel, and I was really pleased. The room was lovely and clean with everything I needed. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was freshly cooked with a great selection. The management and team couldn’t do enough for me. I would definitely recommend and would happily stay again!

Having stayed at the Headlands Hotel before I knew what to expect and wasn't disappointed. The welcome was warm and friendly. The check in easy. My Seaview room was immaculately clean and tidy. The shower was great . Teas coffees sugar and milk in the rooms. Absolutely suberb breakfast with choice of cereals, various fruit juices, pots of tea or coffee and fantastic choices of omelette, cooked breakfast and plenty of toast with jams and marmalade. The location is great too a very short walk from the tram stop. I totally recommend this hotel .

Just home from another few great days at this very comfortable hotel. We visited to go to see a play at the Grand Theatre and enjoyed ourselves so much at the hotel, that we stayed an extra day. We have been going to the Headlands for several years and are pleased to say that their high standards are still maintained. Rooms are comfortable, meals are excellent and most importantly, the staff are efficient and friendly. Thank you, Headlands, we will be back.

I would recommend The Headlands Blackpool to everyone. Situated across from the glitter ball. On the New South Promenade Bedroom's comfortable. Family run hotel all staff are friendly and helpful. Food fantastic 3 cause evening meal with a choice 3 options starter main and desert. A well stocked bar. Just like being home from home but better l can't wait to go again next year for the 6th year well done Charles and Sue. See you next year

We stayed at The Headlands so we could see the illuminations. We arrived at the B&B which does have limited parking, which for Blackpool is great. We were greeted and given our key and told where our room was, there is a lift but it's very small, or it's a walk up steep stairs. The room was very dated and in need for a make over. Wallpaper is coming away etc. TV is extremely small and the shower wasn't great, in fact we had a cold shower, there wasn't hot water in our third floor room. The room was clean, the bed was a bit hit and miss, I was ok with it, but my wife didn't sleep well. Breakfast was fine, a mixture of cereals and then you could pick from a full English to egg on toast etc and plenty of tea and coffee. Can't see us returning to be honest. Staff etc were in very polite.
