Room was adequate, clean and beds were comfortable. Great to have a proper hairdryer too! Staff friendly and attentive. Breakfast offered a good selection of cold/hot buffet options and there was always hot water for showers.
Biggest negative is the bathroom - it was a tiny narrow sink with a glass shelf directly above it. This made it really challenging to get your head above the sink it brush your teeth or wash your face. It would be far better to move the shelf to the side instead. The cleaning staff didn’t replenish the tea making facilities so there was nowhere near enough sugar or milk.

Customer service from the reception team was excellent. They helped me to find a parking space for free and we're generally very respectful and polite. The room was clean and had everything we needed.
Negatives: Couple of the lights weren't working and the walls were thin so could hear noise from other guests. Parking was very limited but as mentioned, staff were very helpful - make sure you ask for advice at reception before paying for anything on Ringo!
