Overall sadly a disappointing stay. Reception bright and v Christmassy. Room nice but too hot. Meal in main restaurant was hugely disappointing. Understaffed and food not great. Breakfast lovely and all staff members friendly and doing their best. Room not serviced by 5 pm even though had been out all day, and by which time we wanted to get ready to go out. Manager kindly reduced our meal bill by 50% but we did expect more of a meal at Malmaison.
Nice location, shops nearby at Liverpool one great and lots nice bars and restaurants on Castle street, 5 mins away from hotel.

非常棒的酒店，真正的奢华享受，床是我睡过最舒服的。位置极佳，员工都非常友好，通过 Trip 订的价格也很划算，强烈推荐。
服务很棒，酒店也很可爱。地理位置很好，就在码头旁边！
地理位置优越，位于河边，靠近船码头。
从一开始就令人大失所望，房间破败不堪，床底下脏兮兮的，地毯上都长满了蛆虫。我们去了酒吧，那里脏得简直令人难以置信，到处都是炸鱼薯条盒和垃圾。我们点了一杯鸡尾酒，等了10分钟，然后那个“调酒师”说，他太忙了，不会给我们做那杯价值26英镑的老式鸡尾酒，还加了烟熏罩。之后他态度极其恶劣。这次体验糟透了，感觉这家酒店已经彻底放弃了。
距离利物浦一号约10分钟步行路程，环境安静祥和。设施很新，干净，不太大，大堂、酒吧和餐厅都很有风格！
