很不错的酒店
房间的卫生状况，尤其是床单和床垫，简直糟糕透了。我因为出差多次入住这家酒店，已经因为这些问题换了六次房间。房间的卫生问题非常严重，我向前台投诉后才换了房间。有时，即使门上挂着“房间已打扫”的牌子，房间也根本没打扫。卫生状况没有任何改善；我已经给酒店发了邮件，但情况依然没有改变。看看这些照片吧，它们来自不同的房间。你愿意睡在这样的房间里吗？

酒店环境优美，房间也是新装修的。可惜的是，酒店的清洁度并不令人满意：床显然从未吸尘，肥皂盒里有肥皂垢，水槽排水口周围有一圈棕色的痕迹——总而言之，很遗憾，酒店的清洁工作做得不够彻底。
晚餐令人失望：炸肉排炸得太过火，面包屑都掉了，薯条里面还是生的，沙拉是自助早餐剩下的（比如没吃完的黄瓜和意大利辣香肠）。而且根本没有沙拉酱。
在前台和餐厅，他们无法提供任何关于该地区的信息——他们只是简单地回答：“我不是本地人。” 此外，前台经常无人值守，顾客信息也摆放在柜台上——这显然存在数据保护问题。
我联系了酒店管理层，并获得了退款，对此我非常感激。尽管如此，即使经过友好而明确的沟通，我仍然想写这篇评论，因为酒店的缺陷非常严重，尤其是在数据保护、清洁和服务方面。酒店有三部手机无人看管，很容易被人拿走，包括大量客人数据。
