位置在亚历山大广场，机场过来非常方便。从世界钟方向出车站，看到Primark就穿过去走到它门口，然后左转就能看到一个亚超。再沿路走三五分钟，路过一个土人开的Döner店看到主路就向右转，过十字路口继续往前走，就在慕尼黑HN猪蹄店柏林分店的隔壁。H4和H2挨一块。可能因为我是solo，前台给了个角落房，还说房间很大，“其实不太适合我”，尤其卫生间很大，所以没有浴缸。我还没明白到底怎么个不合适法，结果开门一看就明白了……
房间卫生，住得挺舒服。位置良好，旁边就是车站。早餐较为丰盛。就是房间里没有特别大的放行李箱的架子，架子和衣柜相当于合为一体了。当天办入住刚抵达柏林人很累，但前台办理的时候一直问一些其他无关紧要的问题，导致我更加疲惫，所以服务没有给满分。
这家酒店性价比很高，交通也十分便利，附近有地铁和有轨电车。柏林很大，所以选择一个交通方便的酒店非常重要，无论是从机场过来还是在市里出行都会方便很多。
如果我再来柏林，我会考虑再住这家酒店。
早餐很棒，房间很安静，我住在一楼，窗户朝向院子，非常干净。我谢绝了客房清洁服务。房间里有两个垃圾桶，枕头和床垫都很舒适，还有烧水壶。城市税已经包含在房费里了，不需要额外支付。
缺点是，我希望能有个迷你吧或冰箱。另外，亚历山大广场附近有很多施工，比较脏乱，晚上8点以后感觉不太安全，最好不要穿过广场，会遇到各种不三不四的人。但总的来说，酒店本身的一切都很好👍
房间有股难闻的异味，闻起来像一个很久没洗澡的***的味道。地毯很脏，毛巾不干净，床单上还有破洞。总而言之，卫生状况非常糟糕。
我提出投诉后，友好的工作人员给我换了一间房，对此我很感激。但新房间也同样有异味，我猜是空调系统不好造成的，老旧且未经打理的地毯可能也加剧了这个问题。新房间的毛巾看起来是干净的，但闻起来有股炸肉饼的味道。
总的来说，这是一次非常糟糕的体验。开着空调时，房间里又臭又潮湿，让人呼吸困难，所以我只好选择不用空调。幸运的是，我入住期间室外温度没有超过30°C。
这绝对不是一家四星级酒店！！！它甚至连一星都勉强够格。
位置非常好。早餐丰盛多样。服务也非常热情周到。要说缺点的话，就是窗帘遮光效果不太好。
工作人员服务很好，房间条件也不错！每天都打扫得很干净，房间安静又舒适！水压也很足！如果下次再来，我还会选择这里！
个别员工并不友好，没有以帮助旅客获得更好的居住体验为宗旨，特别点名感谢前台员工Gunnar,如果没有他的帮助，我在柏林的三天会很艰难。他真正体现了酒店人的专业，提供了应有的服务。非常非常感谢他
地理位置优越，干净舒适。
出差去柏林蛮多次，这家算是柏林住过比较好的酒店。酒店地段非常好，亚历山大广场附近。服务、设施等也还不错。 出行也很方便，以后来柏林还是很好的一个选择。
