Room was clean and had all the things I wanted. However, if you have a west facing room (towards the Red Carpet bar), late at night on the weekends you can hear everyone out and about.
Otherwise everything else way great and we didnt hear other patrons in the hotel which is always a plus.

A little tricky to find but a great hotel. Clean rooms and really nice staff. I needed a crib for my room and they were able to easily accommodate it.

We stayed one night for a concert at the Ledge. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and had lots of space. The room had everything we needed! We would stay again.
The front desk could have been friendlier, the ramp was free to park nights and weekends (we stayed a Friday night) but we were still charged to park in the ramp by the hotel. I feel for the price of the room the parking fee should be included.

Convenience over Comfort
Our rooms smelled of either mold or musty/wet smell. Paint spill on the walls. Only 1 garbage can. The carpet was dirty making our shoes, feet, socks black. TVs could be upgraded to smart tvs. We couldnt even watch 20 minutes of a show without the cable digitizing or pausing during it. The issues were brought up to the manager but no refund was offered. We only got an apology. This hotel doesnt offer free breakfast unless its 4 hours past breakfast and they have extra fresh fruit to get rid of.

Staff was rude/unprofessional, found a bug in my bed, conveniences were lacking (watered down body wash, no silverware in kitchenette, uncomfortable bed).
