Our room was in a deplorable condition. It is dated, looks like something out of the '70s. On the stairway to our room, open paint cans were placed under the stairs. They finally moved these in the middle of the week, but replaced them with a used plunger from cleaning a toilet. When I sent a complaint to the front desk, they had a person call me (the Asst Gen Mgr) at 9:30 PM. I couldn't hear him on the room phone because it was so bad (again, vintage). He wanted to come to the room that night to look at my issues. I became very annoyed and told him that he could not come and I didn't want to see him because he would do nothing about the problems. Hilton has a lot of work to do on these rooms.

We used a two room rental because we had two families. Our unit had several problems. Some of the outlets did not have electrical power. The staff was able to repair/replace the two outlets that were malfunctioning. The phone in one of the units did not work. Two of the sinks did not have hot water. One of the two did not have any water at all. The remaining sinks in the bad unit did have hot water if you let the faucet run for at least five minutes. Yes, the water had to run at full volume for at least five minutes to get hot water to come out. I would love to dump this cash folly. We pay an annual fee of $1665.00 and a cleaning fee of $233.00 and I feel that the resort STINKS.

First time staying in a townhome at this resort. Mutiple large cockroaches in the living area, ants all over the kitchen, master bath toilet not functioning, multiple outlets not functioning throughout the unit, and the A/C was not controlling to temperature.

First the bad: We used one of the outdoor pools and it was dirty. The elevator for building one was scary. The bed was comfy but seemed much smaller than a queen. The sheets had some weird black sticky stuff on them. There were hundreds of ants under the TV stand going under the wall and back out even though there was not any food on the floor. Now for the good: The clubhouse indoor and outdoor pool was very nice and they had a nice pool party with a DJ. The clubhouse hot tub was very nice. The staff was super nice and gave my granddaughter a complimentary birthday bag with an RC Cola and moon pie inside. We needed clean bedding, garbage bags and towels and the staff brought it right up to us. The view from the one pool by the log cabins was amazing, when the clouds were not out you could see the sunset behind the mountains. They do not offer breakfast, considering the cost of this hotel I feel that would be nice if they offered breakfast. I overall enjoyed my stay, however, for the amount my aunt pays for the timeshare and the price of the room nightly for non Bluegreen members it should have been nicer.

The trees are beautiful! The room was very small, to the point I was claustrophobic. The bed in the room was also very small for some reason. I was expecting a king size bed in a one bedroom suite. There was no washer and dryer in the room which I have become accustomed to. The room was pretty dirty and the toilet was where you would want to stand to brush your teeth in the mirror. We had to walk down 2 sets of stairs to get down to our dungeon, it was always cold inside because it was built under ground. Which would be great in the summertime when it’s hot. There is no railing around the mulched area. Which could be very dangerous as my old man fell off and hurt himself. I’m just glad my two year-old didn’t see and follow. Half the time the Internet was messed up and half the time we weren’t able to go swimming because it was storming and there was lightning somewhere. but we still had to pay full price for our amenities that were half working. Room service also left a pile of dirty towels outside our entry door for over 24 hours.

We were expecting a large sign with an imposing entrance from the main road to the resort. We drove by it twice and even using an app we could not find the entrance in the daylight. The reason it's a tiny sign, by a Shell gas station, then drive past the storage units, a construction site and the Clampett's run down home before actually finding the entrance! It was 4 pm and the condo was not ready for check in. There are no wide mountain views. The condos are stacked one next to the other. We shared a door with another unit. The 1 bedroom condo was OK for a couple of nights but not longer. They said we were in the refurbished unit, but I beg to differ. The maintenance staff was very friendly & efficient. I can't say the same for the front desk staff. There is a pool, whirlpool and sauna on site. The condo is 1.7 miles from the parkway and access to everything!

Timeshare property, rooms were spacious, loved the fireplace, temperature control was a bit fussy, but once sorted worked perfectly, and the fully equipped kitchen is nice. The beds were comfortable, it was clean, albeit a tad dated, a window screen was missing, but it was cold so not a big issue. We had a couple of service calls, and they were very prompt, well above average for that, so well done to them. The biggest negative, the elevator was down our entire stay, so buildings are connected, so another one was available but not convenient. For large groups, it is the way to ensure everyone gets a bed!

This property needs to be updated. They need more family programs. We were there over the 4th of July weekend, and I was disappointed with how the holiday activities or, lack of them, were organized. It is hard to find the entrance and it is "all about" thenew property.

We are members in BlueGreen! Haven’t been here in awhile, We brought some of my wife friends! The big thing is they’re building some new ones here and they didn’t take into consideration the rain! You come up the driveway and while it’s raining, stones, mud and water pouring down the driveway! They also don’t take into consideration that the building we were assigned, they have owners update here, so if you leave no parking space available if you go somewhere! The rooms are average, been to better places! They do have a nice weight room but not close to are building! I will say the crew there, from the front desk, maintenance people, to house keepers are very helpful and friendly! Just very disappointed with the building room

Excellent place to stay. The staff was really friendly and attentive to our needs. The only bad thing was the fact that there were only two handicap parks outside of our building and about four cars competing for those spots. The room was comfortable. They even gave us a gift for our birthday!
