Place is disgusting, hairs in the bathroom, shower is dirty, wouldn't bother...some white stuff on the curtain, dread to think, there was a rat in the bed and a man from reception just let himself into the room whilst we were in bed to tell us to move the car..it also says theres parking available for £15 a day, it's a space on the pavement outside...when I brought the rat up to the guy on reception, he just shrugged his shoulders and laughed...DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Our booking website said parking onsite and not pre bookable, we arrived to find there are only 3 spaces and you did need to rebook and no suggestion from guy on reception as alternative parking. The bed was clean and comfy. As others have said the whole place is tired. In need of renovation and a huge deep clean. The bathroom was very tired and looked dirty but in fact it was largely age so it was ok. Tea and coffee in the room was a bonus, with a bottle of water on arrival and our cases carried upstairs it was quite nice. The rooms are tiny and don’t have much to them, but fine as a cheap base for a gig as good transport near by. Saw three different guys on reception, all nice and helpful. Felt safe even though you can see the outside through the fire exit. Bring ear plugs as the road outside is busy and noisy all night!

Filthy dirty, shower had no support , window didnt shut properly , stains on walls, woke up to hear what sounded like something nibbling behind the headboard !

Bed was very comfortable. The station is just the opposite of the hotel. Staff is very friendly and offered water bottles on arrival. Enjoyed with my family. Room price was cheaper and breakfast included. Hotel surrounding was nice. We will come back again.

Brilliant little hotel! Had everything we needed, comfy beds, spacious and so so handy location-wise for Tottenham stadium! Will definitely be using the same hotel for any future London concert trips. The fridge downstairs was also very reasonably priced for post-concert drinks!

Not a great hotel experience at all as there was no parking available even though I doubled checked. There was loud music playing until after midnight, bathroom was dirty and no tea/coffee facilities. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Booked last minute for one overnight stay. Checked in quite late which was no problem. Guy at front desk was very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, with a TV, no complaints at all, will use this hotel again for sure. Was also nice and quiet which is absolutely what I needed after a long day.

This is simply the worst place in the entire London, might even wanna sleep outside than staying here. Absolute disastrous. Cant even find the words to use, might not even have them in me. Firstly after arriving, the man in the reseption use 20 mins when we are short of time to phone around because the room aren’t Ready yet. When we got our room there was not even toilet paper or hand soap. In the middle of the night im waking up to a waterfall from the roof because of some rain outside. Of course no one in the reception, and no phone number thats working. And on top of everything, There is no one in the reception when we are leaving in the morning so they cant take any complaints. Terrible place that should be closed down or atleast should not take more than £20 a night
