房间很舒服，浴室设计干净整洁，服务非常好，地理位置非常方便去哪里都可以走路几分钟到，地铁公交走路5分钟到，晚上还要夜市也可以走路5分钟到 非常方便。非常满意。
独自旅行。泳池、水疗中心和健身房都非常棒。工作人员很友好，办理入住和退房手续的前台人员以及酒店和水疗中心的所有员工都很热情。酒店内的咖啡馆绝对是一个惊喜。位置安静，但附近有很多设施，交通也非常便利。
2026 年了，酒店要每天的两瓶免费水竟然要给前台打电话等服务员送上来，服务车服务员在走廊你和服务员要拖鞋要水都没用，都要打电话定，打扫完了房间按说你就把当天的水再放进房间就是了，没用，还是要打电话。就这么简单的事非要搞到复杂到多大事一样，德国这个办事效率真的体现方方面面的拖沓，一个小事都要演变像圣旨一样每个人都很忙，完全没有意义，是物价太贵了吗，节约成这样，不过酒店位置好，估计也无所谓客人满不满意
前台和各项服务都非常出色。客房和浴室也都达到了很高的标准。泳池和按摩浴缸也非常好。
Vox 餐厅的晚餐果然名不虚传，我很少吃到如此美味的寿司。非常丰盛的早餐也让人无可挑剔。

交通很方便，机场过去半小时。周围公交地铁都很近，适合一个人公共交通出行。就是早餐一周都没有任何变化，品种多。
房间很棒。
尤其值得称赞的是：入住办理、泊车服务和行李服务。酒吧很不错。泳池区也很漂亮。
早餐品质只能说还行。员工都非常友好。
总体感觉还可以，主要为了离柏林爱乐厅近。前台服务感觉有些敷衍。问加早餐时只说直接去吃饭退房结算，36€每人，结果吃了两顿却收四顿费用共扣344€。后几次邮件交涉，同意按餐厅登记结算，退回144€，不明白这个账是怎么算的。
我在柏林君悦酒店度过了一段非常愉快的时光。
房间和浴室都很宽敞干净，我很喜欢浴缸！
工作人员也很友好乐于助人。
我会推荐这家酒店！
