我们第一个房间（449）的空调坏了。晚上吃完饭回来，我晚上10点给前台打了电话。前台接待员无法解释空调的问题，她说维修人员会来房间查看。因为我们早上5点就开始赶路了，所以很快就睡着了。
没有人打电话或来房间，所以我们度过了一个难受的夜晚——伦敦现在正经历热浪。
第二天早上，我再次打电话给前台，和艾琳（Irene）通上了话。她立刻给我们换了另一个空调完好的房间，谢天谢地，她还提供了一个风扇。
我很失望我们不得不在没有帮助的情况下忍受了一个不舒服的夜晚。
我们对房间总体来说很满意！可能只有我们这间房没有冰箱，所以稍微扣了点分。不过，他们提供免费瓶装水，前台还有苹果和饮料，这点很棒！酒店离地铁站也不远，很方便！
