这次在贵酒店的入住体验真的超出预期,从进门时前台热情又高效的办理,到推开房间时的惊喜——地板一尘不染,床品带着好闻的味道,窗边小茶台还备着新茶包,细节太戳人。
每天保洁都会悄悄把乱摆的物品归好位,补好矿泉水和小零食,连我忘在桌角的耳机都被细心收好。这几天住得像在家一样自在又安心,能感受到每一处都藏着用心,绝对会推荐给朋友,下次来还选这家。
地理位置真的绝佳——直接在火车站和地铁站上方,出门不用多走一步路,赶车、逛市区都超方便。一楼有个门下去就是火车站地铁站,超级方便。附近有超市,有购物商场,往前走是Sloan square. 早餐很丰富,各种好吃的。服务员也很热情。很满意。

房间电视:可以选择subtitle, 可以学习英文窗户:无法打开,空气流通稍差有浴缸,热水很好空调有的,前台也可以提供暖气
整体来说,各个方面都还可以,位置很便利,去哪里都不太远,在伦敦这样的算是比较标准的,虽然有点小,但是东西很齐全,卫生还可以加强,刚开始去的时候发现头上有几根头发,怀疑没有更换四件套,要求换了一套
位置:位置特别方便,距西敏寺、国会大厦、白金汉宫,都是步行10-15分钟之内。出门就有地铁站和火车站。
设施:房间布置很温馨,不过房间较小,这点倒是可以预见的,舒适程度也不错,洗手池、淋浴都可以,有空调。沙发床确实不太舒服。床垫有点薄,中间会陷下去。当毕竟是弹簧的沙发床,也可以理解,另外一家酒店也差不多。只有在爱丁堡的那家酒店沙发床床垫很厚,还算弄的比较舒服。卫生间有加热的毛巾架,非常好,洗衣服很容易烘干。
卫生:卫生很好,干净整洁。
早餐:自助早餐,还可以,不算丰富,但也差不多够了。只是蔬菜沙拉那边只有黄瓜和番茄。可能都差不多这样吧。
服务:办理入住的工作人员很亲切,态度友好,也解释的很详细。餐厅服务人员也很好,住了两天后餐厅的有一个女孩甚至都记住了我早上要喝的茶。我现在回想起来后悔当时没有给她小费,因为早餐没有看到有人给小费,所以我没好意思,但是现在想来好的服务是值得给的,算是肯定和认同。
加分项:mini bar全部免费,里面物品丰富,有矿泉水、气泡水,可乐,啤酒,还有威士忌可乐,以及葡萄酒,爆米花,薯片,巧克力。
风险项:靠近火车站,我住的房间有点吵,可以听到街道上的车的轰鸣声,还有外面好像酒吧的声音。这声音大概一直持续到深夜吧。我朋友住的房间在另外一侧,说是还好,没怎么听到声音。
总体,我比较满意,以后去可能还会选择这家。
地点非常方便,紧邻火车站和地铁站,睡觉的床也比较干净。所谓的大床是由两张小床拼在一起的,但睡起来还撮合。然而,房间,尤其是厕所的设计非常不合理。厕所蹲位极小,使用时非常难受,几乎无法正常坐下,只能侧身蹲着。从未见过价格高达每天2500元以上的四星级酒店配有如此狭小、令人不适的厕所。淋浴间的排水也不好,洗澡时水会流得到处都是,地面很快就湿透了。退房后我发邮件向他们索要发票,竟然没有得到任何回复,令人非常失望。
酒店很漂亮,维多利亚风格的建筑很美。房间很大了,专门给孩子准备了沙发床,适合一家三口。床品和毛巾卫浴都很舒服,大床非常棒!早饭虽然没大变化,胜在味道不错。服务也很好,很温暖。交通极方便,酒店有个门直接可以进出Victoria车站。如果再去还会住这里
老式的大楼,很有味道,交通便利,服务挺好,唯一的缺点就是电梯运行缓慢且只有一台,另一台在更新,而且只到5楼,住7楼有两层要自己提行李,不太方便。但是总体还是很不错的
地理位置十分便利,维多利亚车站出来走几步就是,步行可达白金汉宫等景点;酒店大堂非常漂亮,服务人员尤其是行李员非常热情,主动帮忙拿行李;酒店的床非常舒适,到达伦敦的第一晚睡的非常好,给我们倒时差提供了方便;前台也很nice,办入住寄存行李都沟通顺畅;房间的小零食深受孩子好评。唯一不足的是两点:在携程备注了要电梯可达楼层没有安排,因为我们有大行李和老人,上下楼梯不方便,最后行李员帮我们解决了行李问题。其中一个房间紧邻电梯,窗外就是车站顶部,各种设施设备等,而且这个房间也比另外一个房间小。我觉得酒店非常好,不足也许是前期沟通问题。

酒店位置好,地铁站和公交站都在附近。前台工作人员特别热情,态度好,长得也漂亮,问他们问题,都会耐心的解答。我们不知道怎么去大英博物馆方便,有一位高挑漂亮的工作人员还打印了一张线路图出来,告诉我们从酒店门口坐几路巴士几站地直接到达,感到特别温暖。房间干净明亮,除了小一点儿,没有任何毛病。下次还会来住的。
