位置很方便,在牛津街尽头、周围地铁公交便利。酒店服务不错,房间干净空间舒服,床品易安睡。早餐丰富就是人多要等位子。
设施:设施很差,酒店设施都非常老,电话是坏的,地毯是破的
卫生:卫生十分查,感觉就是酒店打扫人员在钻空子,马桶没清干净,地毯,桌柜上有多处红色印记,也不知道是不是血迹
服务:后面说要更换房间,这酒店更离谱了,第一个前台拒绝换房,于是我找到携程客服,然后酒店跟我一直耗了2个小时之久,(这期间携程还有一直跟进还是感谢携程)过了好一阵才来了一个人,憨不愣登地进来拍了几张照又走了,然后说上报经理就没音了,我等到了晚上12点,我忍无可忍无需再忍直接拉着行李下楼找前台,前台终于跟我换了房间,新房间虽然卫生好点,但设施依旧很差,几个充电座都是坏的,又没放拖鞋,他们酒店真就是一堆小问题,不是这个问题就是那个问题,新房间第二天又没给我放水,打扫的看起来也挺敷衍的(至少相比于我其他住过的同级别酒店)最后还有个更逆天的,离店当天酒店存包还需要收费,6磅每件行李8磅每件大行李,真无语了,头一次见,我寻思着这给我干哪来了,难民开的酒店吗?
总而言之这里打扫卫生的人太不认真了,无法让人安心入住!请一定避雷这家酒店,一个晚上1200多也不便宜,服务各方面做成这样真就不胜一个2,3星酒店,真的是差到至极,无可再差
我一般不怎么点评酒店,这次真的是不吐不快
我们拿到了一间非常脏、破旧的房间。而且还有一股难闻的臭味。
开空调和通风都无济于事。
简直令人难以忍受。
更糟糕的是:我在浴室里发现了一只活的虫子。
我无法理解为什么会有这样的房间,还会租给游客。
在与酒店沟通并拒绝入住后,我们换到了一间套房。虽然这间套房很干净,但我们已经没有那种舒适放松的心情了。
房间略旧,是中央空调不是暖气。衣柜门嘎吱响有些关不住。好在房间面积够大,我们带个小朋友三个人也不觉得太挤。
地理位置还是很方便的。
很棒的酒店,地理位置优越,房间也很干净。强烈推荐!

我们很高兴被免费升级到了一间带特大号床的豪华客房。在酒店住了两晚,睡得很好。强烈推荐。
不错 但是酒店服务一般 要上前台办理入住的话 需要走一个大楼梯 电梯老坏。酒店房间还不错 位置是伦敦市中心 离各个景点都不算远
