位置很方便，在牛津街尽头、周围地铁公交便利。酒店服务不错，房间干净空间舒服，床品易安睡。早餐丰富就是人多要等位子。
我们拿到了一间非常脏、破旧的房间。而且还有一股难闻的臭味。
开空调和通风都无济于事。
简直令人难以忍受。
更糟糕的是：我在浴室里发现了一只活的虫子。
我无法理解为什么会有这样的房间，还会租给游客。
在与酒店沟通并拒绝入住后，我们换到了一间套房。虽然这间套房很干净，但我们已经没有那种舒适放松的心情了。
很棒的酒店，地理位置优越，房间也很干净。强烈推荐！

一家不错而且非常干净的酒店
我们很高兴被免费升级到了一间带特大号床的豪华客房。在酒店住了两晚，睡得很好。强烈推荐。
不错 但是酒店服务一般 要上前台办理入住的话 需要走一个大楼梯 电梯老坏。酒店房间还不错 位置是伦敦市中心 离各个景点都不算远

我们在这里住得很开心。酒店位于伦敦市中心，地理位置优越，去哪里都很方便。
在行程开始前住了5晚。酒店位置很好，去各个景点都很方便，可以步行到牛津街购物。离海德公园也很近，散散步就能到肯辛顿宫。去皮卡迪利广场和白金汉宫坐公交车也很方便。从希思罗机场坐火车到酒店也很顺利，不过中途需要换乘一次（不难）。
房间干净舒适。冰箱有点小，制冷效果也不太好，里面结了很多冰。第一天我们出门的时候我就让冰箱除霜了，之后就好多了。
毛巾很大，对我们来说有点太大了。如果你在房门外挂上绿色提示牌，表示当天不需要客房服务，第二天就可以领到一张10英镑的代金券，可以在咖啡厅使用。这张券可以换两杯咖啡或者四块奇巧巧克力。
这个优惠只能连续使用两天，第三天必须进行客房服务。
我们发现酒店附近的餐馆都很贵，而且没什么值得推荐的。我们坐公交去了唐人街，那里的食物更便宜也更好吃（需要现金）。
员工都很友好也很乐于助人。酒店提供了一顿免费早餐。否则，自助早餐是每人22英镑。
我丈夫喜欢喝澳白，但是咖啡机里没有。员工特意去咖啡厅给我们拿了一杯澳白，没有额外收费。给办理入住的Baswathi以及餐厅的Nisha和Khalid点赞。服务非常出色。
价格波动很大。我最初看的时候是每晚300澳元，不含早餐。一周后我不得不支付400澳元。酒店不错，但并不便宜（个人观点）。
