酒店位置较好，在镇上离火车站不远，吃饭游玩都很方便，每次来坎特伯雷是我必选的酒店，大品牌服务规范，前台服务专业态度良好；房间干净整洁，早餐也不错，简单可口。
月初确定到Canterbury时，在网上选了这家，因为想到Hilton旗下的这个品牌基本上还不错，不会踩雷。
- 昨天上午提前到了酒店，前台的Ness非常帮忙！先让我们免费寄存行李，后来发现有房间打扫干净后，马上让我们提前check in.
- 酒店坐落在Canterbury的中心位置，到大教堂、圣奥古斯丁修道院遗址、坐船都是走路5-10分钟的距离。不过Canterbury有很大一片是步行街区，所以酒店前面不能通车。车辆需要停在附近的Hawks Lane, 然后走路两分钟到酒店。
- 酒店早餐不错，就这个价位来说，算比较丰盛！
- 酒店大堂下面还曾是罗马式剧院的遗址，可以透过玻璃地板看到。
酒店位于步行街，周边餐厅、商场等商业设施齐全，开车过去需停在附近的停车场，距离酒店大概一二百米，离各景点也不远，服务也不错，中午到达，前台询问停车，告知停车场位置后也让提前入住，退房时酒店会告知一个password，开车至拦杆的机器上按帮助键告知password，就会抬杆通行。
地理位置很好，房间也很宽敞，就在小镇繁华热闹地段，去坎特伯雷教堂5分钟！一出门全是餐厅！唯一缺点，酒店早餐稍微单调！
水准在线，房间干净，早餐也不错，是连锁希尔顿欢朋的样子～ 距离车站微微远，穿过主街石头地拉箱子有点点不变，但是酒店位置就在坎特伯雷大教堂对面～ 到达时间略早一点12点多，也可以提前入住。很喜欢坎特伯雷

我们在这里住了一晚，但体验非常糟糕。淋浴间的下水道堵塞得厉害，洗澡时我们不得不站在积水中。我们报告了问题，但前来处理的工作人员很不专业：他戴着手套触碰了下水道，然后没换手套又去碰洗手池水龙头和门把手，甚至穿着鞋走进淋浴间，留下了脏脚印。他一口咬定下水道没有堵塞，还说水电工已经下班，要等到早上8点才能处理，完全没有提供任何解决方案。
直到第二天早上9点左右，终于有人打电话来问是否可以过来维修，但我们当时已经收拾好行李准备退房了。更糟糕的是，我们入住时洗手池和马桶上就有明显的污渍。
对于这样规模的酒店来说，这种清洁和服务水平简直无法接受。
酒店的回应只是说希望我们能再给他们一次机会，并承诺下次会有更好的体验。但除此之外，他们并没有真正解决我们遇到的问题。
服务非常差，淋浴间下水堵塞，洗澡时不得不站在脏水里，而且员工缺乏卫生培训，用碰过下水道的脏手套去摸浴室水龙头和门板，我还得自己做清洁消毒。
问题完全没有解决，直到第二天我们要退房了才打电话来问可不可以修理？！我都要走了，你修不修都无所谓，反正我也用不到了。
员工缺乏处理问题的培训，只会让我再给他们一次机会入住，完全没有解决问题。一晚100多英镑的酒店，居然连好好洗澡都做不到，还要花钱去沟通这些事。这么差的体验谁还愿意花钱再来一次？永久避雷。
整体环境还可以，就在市区内，早餐典型的英式早餐吧，但是可以自己做华夫饼挺有意思的，在本地属于还不错的酒店了。
离景点都很近，去坎特伯雷大教堂很近，干净卫生，早餐也好吃，酒店外面的街道吃饭逛景点都可以步行去很方便。
酒店位于老城区，玻璃地面下边是老城区遗址，房间比想象中的大，晚餐我们点了一个披萨，个头很大味道也不错，早餐也很丰盛，酒店离坎特伯雷大教堂很近
