The property was clean and has a decent view from the room. The bed is of low quality and not very comfortable. Although the property had been painted and cleaned up, it is dated. It's not bad for the price in that area.

The bathroom was very dirty! The heat was not working in room and a space heater was placed in room! I have stayed at this place several times in the past but this time it was in need of some updates and also a good cleaning! I will not make any future reservations.

It wasn't quite what was pictured but it was fine other than the heater in our room was so noisy we had to shut it off and by morning it was kind of chilly in the room. Went to the office to let them know but couldn't find anyone so when we left I left a note on the desk as there was no one there again. Will probably not book there again. However the reservation through ******* went fine !!

room was clean. We did have to ask for towels because there weren’t enough, however we had no problems getting them. Nice view from the balcony.

Conway Mountain Inn is a great value hotel at the North Conway area. The rooms are decent though they are showing their age. Great service by the family that operates it.

This is a small town but lovely & charming. We love to visit places like this. As for the hotel The staff are very nice;location is excellent , near eating places . Unfortunately no elevator. No microwave, no fridge . Good thing it’s very cold in the 3rd week of October 2025 so our food was ok . Very basic old style hotel but there is balcony on the back of our room with such a stunning view of the mountains & colorful fall leaves . It’s like a painting, sooo lucky of us to have this view even for a few days only . Beautiful ❤️❤️❤️
