The dated facilities, dusty heated towel rail, and the view that made you uncomfortable are not the standards we aim to deliver. This will also be looked into, as a restful sleep is extremely important.Regarding housekeeping, I understand your frustration in returning at 2 pm to find the room not yet serviced.Please kindly note that our housekeeping team cleans stayover rooms until approximately 6–7 pm each day. If you require cleaning at a specific time, we would be more than happy to arrange this — just let reception know, and we will prioritise your preferred timing.I also apologise that your call to reception went unanswered when you requested help with the rubbish. 早餐是店里最吸引人的。地理位置很好。如果不是没有连续订到4晚,应该也不会换。

酒店位置很好,离大英博物馆100米,周围中餐馆很多。酒店的早餐尚可,卫生不错,就是现在都不提供瓶装水了。
这家酒店地点还可以哦,门口就有公交车站。房间里面设施很老,窗外是很脏的对面窗户,整个住宿期间我都没有拉开窗帘。厕所加热毛巾架上面有灰尘。房间空调声音很大,晚上睡觉的时候只能关掉。房间外面有暖气片,很暖和,不知道为什么房间里用的很老的空调。早上九点出门挂上请收拾房间的牌子,下午两点多回来还是没有人来打扫。打电话到前台想请人倒垃圾也没人接电话。总之不会再订这家。
我在伦敦霍尔本蓟酒店住了三晚,体验非常棒。地理位置绝佳——靠近考文特花园、大英博物馆,交通也十分便利。房间舒适整洁,设施一应俱全。在我入住期间,工作人员都非常友好和乐于助人。这里是探索伦敦一个非常方便又温馨的落脚点——我很乐意再次选择入住。

卫生:卫生间和洗脸盆的下水不好,特别是卫生间洗澡都是踩在水里的
环境:入住三晚,给的二楼,对着外面的楼道和垃圾,全程拉着窗帘
服务:大堂经理热情。
服务很好,位置非常棒。走路离地铁口大约十分钟的路程(Tottenham Court Road 稍远,但不走弯路。Holborn 稍近,但要拐几个路口)。走路大英博物馆更近,几分钟。
有晾衣服烘干的设备。早餐品种较丰富。

酒店位置一流,距离大英博物馆步行5分钟路程,距离唐人街,国家美术馆步行12-15分钟,周边中餐馆极多,牛大大,小肥羊,楼下一家川菜。离地铁站步行5-6分钟,不过房间确实小,老旧,大堂就是扩大的走廊,不过早餐不错,因为在伦敦中心,价格除了略贵,也没别的毛病
看其他评论一晚1400-2000.如果这个价格非常值得推荐,大概英国开学季,我连住6万,一晚2500,感觉略贵
酒店地理位置便利,门外就有公交车站,多条线路可直达牛津圆环、SOHO区、唐人街等地。
周边区域相对安全。
就酒店本身而言,作为一家四星级酒店,表现并不尽如人意。服务和卫生方面肯定有待提高。家具和电器也可能到了该翻新的时候了。整个住宿期间,空调一直发出奇怪的噪音,淋浴门也坏了,而且表面也不干净(客房服务打扫后我们用湿纸巾擦拭,结果脏得吓人——太恶心了!)。哦,房间里提供的洗漱用品只有沐浴露和洗发水(和描述中列出的长长清单完全不符)。
地理位置非常好,离大英博物馆走路5分钟左右。酒店门口有公交车站点,去哪里都很方便。工作人员服务态度好!有窗户。房间宽敞,当然不能和国内的酒店相比,一般欧洲的酒店都很小。总之推荐吧,有性价比。
难得在英国订到性价比高的酒店,房间比一些连锁酒店大 卫生间也大,地理位置非常好,交通方便,值得推荐
