The overall service of this hotel was quite bad. During my stay, the heating system barely worked and the room was extremely cold. After reporting the issue, the front desk changed my room, but the new room was just as cold. The staff told me it would take four to five hours for the heating to work properly, which turned out to be misleading—after a full night’s sleep, the room was still cold. Fortunately, I asked for an extra blanket; otherwise, it would have been very difficult to get through the night. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel.

就还算可以吧。以前在欧洲住过这个品牌，年轻人居多，就是这次退房，10点之前，我都知道，但这个服务员9点11分就过来敲门要赶人走，打扫房间，非常讨厌，哄别人一样，到时间客户不是**自然会去退房，超时你照常扣款就好了，不知道是酒店的意思还是服务他们个人的习惯偷懒，没超时你为什么提前40分钟赶我走？？？

这是一家规模很大的青年旅社。给我印象最深的是公共区域设施非常完善，有酒吧、自动贩卖机、大屏幕公共电视（一直播放足球比赛）、宽敞的沙发以及带插座的工作台等。
房间就是普通青年旅社的水平。六人间只有一个浴室，用起来有点不方便，但还算干净，挺好的。浴室里有风力很足的吹风机，这点我很喜欢。
旅社离车站不算远，但因为是石板路（这在这片区域很常见），拖着行李走起来感觉有点远。
