本来看了评论就没报什么希望，只是因为孩子的活动住在这个酒店，为了方便接孩子住了两天，只能说意料之外地差。设施陈旧，洗手间可以称得上简陋，卫生怎么说呢，什么东西摸上去都有一层陈年油脂的感觉，窗帘脏乎乎的。如果说这些硬件是酒店有年头了还有情可原，感受最差的是前台服务，很久没经历过这么差的前台了。订房是备注安静房间，到店前台面无表情地给办了入住，进去一看给的窗外是火车轨道的房间。下去想换房又遇到个白人妹子，同样面无表情，45度侧着脸问：what do you need? I need a quiet room!! 撮火！后来还是另一位男士态度很专业，说他去给查，之后说当天没有了第二天可以换。一颗星给这位男士，要不服务真的想打零分。包括客房送餐，要小费要好评，算了不说了

酒店的早餐还不错，能感觉出来是一个有历史有品味的酒店，陈设虽然有些旧但打扫得挺干净。酒店提供的免费寄存行李的服务给我帮了大忙，我可以更紧凑的安排时间，在伦敦可以去游览的地方太多，时间真的要非常仔细的安排。总之，入住体验很好，酒店交通方便，步行到旁边的地铁站只需要几分钟，有两条地铁线路，可以快捷方便去到很多地方。
我早上火车到后10：30左右抵达酒店被告知下午三点才能入住。之后在边上的肯辛顿宫参观，里面值得去可以看看顺便等待入住。周围就是方便，出门走5分钟就有地铁和超市以及商场。
房间就是非常老式了，虽然酒店有做一些改进。但是装修是陈旧老式的。隔音也不行，早晨陆续就听到走道上的关门声，而且我被安排在靠地铁的一侧，虽然有隔音玻璃。但还是可以听到声响。睡眠浅的人会被打扰。
这个条件的住宿这个价格可能就是在伦敦。但是这个区安全，干净，便捷。出游的话是好的选择。
酒店人员服务也不错了，相比有些酒店来说。
房间设施陈旧，窗帘不能合拢，但卫生尚可。所处肯辛顿高街附近区域，周边安静安全可放心逛街，无担忧。窗外景色宜人，但地处铁轨一侧会比较吵闹。房间不能开窗，但有空调，值得点赞。
酒店离高街肯辛顿地铁站很近，交通便利。但车站没有电梯，搬着行李上下楼梯很吃力。客房的墙壁很薄，隔壁房间的谈话内容都能听得一清二楚。退房后寄存行李是收费的。
房间与房间只有一个门隔着，隔音非常差，现在英国时间12点左右，隔壁有个中国女的打电话，我都听的非常清楚，不停大笑，撒娇，真是受不了，这个酒店只能说便宜，不要指望有什么品质，有点选择一定不要选这个

酒店地理位置优越，就在肯辛顿区。客房一尘不染。抵达时惊喜地被升级到了行政房。可惜酒店便利店的选择太少，而且餐厅晚上9点半就关门了。我第一间房有些小破损，但前台响应速度快得惊人。
