房间特别特别小，是顶楼的一个阁楼，我都怀疑自己去到日本酒店了，行李箱都没地方摊开。
瓶装水就一瓶没有更换。
桌子小，电脑都摊不开。
最无语的是换的浴巾居然是脏的，直接被恶心到。

出乎意料的好酒店，出门干什么都很方便，超市很近，吃饭也很方便，酒店早餐特别棒，酒店里的工作人员都很友好热情，下次来还会住的酒店，很喜欢
房间特别特别小，是顶楼的一个阁楼，我都怀疑自己去到日本酒店了，行李箱都没地方摊开。

最无语的是换的浴巾居然是脏的，直接被恶心到。
宽敞舒适的客房，员工超赞，服务一流。酒店位置优越，步行8分钟即可到达一个主要火车站，附近就是动物园，还有很多不错的餐馆和酒吧。这个区域非常安全便利，适合探索柏林。下次来柏林我肯定还会选择这家酒店。
我们预订了一间可供三位成人入住的房间，但给第三人使用的沙发床太小了。房间很干净，浴室有两个洗手池。酒店距离购物街大约10分钟步行路程，周围有很多餐馆。前台接待员很友好，对我们的需求也很乐心帮助。总的来说，我们在这家酒店度过了一段美好的时光。

非常喜欢这家酒店。靠近3个地铁站和火车站，旁边还有购物中心。房间干净舒适，而且这还是最便宜的房型。
房间大小：有点小，一个行李箱摊开只能放在走道，但是进入厕所就不方便了。
设备：非常完善，应有尽有。
入住时整洁度：一般，有头发跟床渍。
很棒的酒店，非常干净。我们比入住时间早到了，只是想寄存一下行李，酒店很友好地让我们提前入住了。我们还需要打印一些东西，他们也毫无问题地帮我们解决了。工作人员非常乐于助人且友好。有一个很漂亮的露台区，我们没有选择早餐，所以无法对此发表评论。房间每天都会打扫，并更换干净毛巾。地理位置很好，有很多餐饮和购物选择。靠近动物园和火车站。值得推荐。:)
地理位置很好，离地铁站很近，但最近的地铁站出口没有电梯，酒店服务态度都很好，入住也办得很快，前台有免费的柠檬水气泡水和水果，房间有一点小，但是整体住得很舒服。
