房间整洁，安静。酒店地理位置优越，附近就餐购物观光方便。
位置非常好，四通八达，酒店服务人员主动性很强，除了房间对外部的隔音一般，其他都很不错。走路到地铁站 3 分钟，到公交站 4 分钟，距离白金汉宫仅十分钟。
很好的酒店 距离中国城也就1.2公里 吃饭走这就过去了 离购物的摄正街600米左右 很方便 酒店工作人员热情友好
这是一家位于梅费尔区的历史悠久的酒店，所以虽然有点旧，但公共区域维护得很好；地理位置优越，离皮卡迪利广场只有10分钟路程，周边商店、餐馆和夜生活场所林立。离地铁站也只有2分钟。就伦敦的酒店而言，房间面积算大的，浴室宽敞但没有坐浴盆。房间铺有地毯，所以有过敏症的人需要注意灰尘，也得祈祷地毯没有污渍。清洁度不错，员工很客气，早餐中规中矩。作为一家五星级酒店，性价比还是很高的。
住得很愉快，前台办理入住的Roland非常有礼貌，乐于助人。总的来说，是一次不错的入住体验。
前台服务很热情，酒店内部设施选择也很多样。酒吧和May Fair Kitchen的酒水和食物都很棒。酒店地理位置极佳，去西区看演出非常方便。
房间临近走廊，隔音效果很差，非常吵闹。
衣柜设在浴室里，不太方便。
床垫没有支撑力，睡起来不舒服。
早餐算是丰富的，果汁，牛奶，鸡蛋，面包，香肠，培根，水果沙拉，每天都是一样的，吃饱就好。
房间很大，中规中矩的老式装修。
服务很好，看到我们三大一小，很意外的问要不要免费加床，真的贴心
位置很好，有酒吧、水疗中心和各种服务。房间虽然有点小，但设施一应俱全，非常舒适。
不推荐，洋人服务差，讲日语态度好一些，讲中文态度极差
