这个酒店名不符实,外宣传的4星,实际2星,体现在(1)房间小,不足15平米,(2)床垫差,很软,(3)大床是两个不到一米的两个小床拼接而成的,(4)卫生间很小,目测只有一平米,(5)价格虚高,因我前二天基本同样价格住的希尔顿逸林远比这个酒店的设施、配套和服务高许多。所以给这个尊贵的grand Hyde park hotel要打差评,奉劝中国朋友们不要上当去住。

早餐没啥人,服务还行,吃得还不错

厕所和卧室中间有一个4平米小空间隔开
这是我和孩子这12天旅行中住的最差的酒店了。都是挂4星,但这个房间又小又旧,卫生间属于mini款。服务也不行,外面下雨竟然酒店没伞….房间连个板凳也没有,只能坐在自己的旅行箱上
原先预订的PARK GRAND被店家告知客满无房,说是帮忙调到更好的THE CHILWORTH,满怀感激地办理完入住领到了房卡…五层的楼房,怎么有八零几房?充满好奇地搭乘电梯,被同梯的客人告知在地下一层😲,到幽暗的房间看了一眼。必须和前台交涉,只答应在第二天再调整至地面以上房间……和订单完全不符,迅速联系Trip客服,还挺给力,在交流的过程中,酒店方就客气地把新房间的房卡送来了,希望以后不要出现此类情况。1、2、3酒店外观、更换前、更换后
单人间特别小!连放行李的地方都没有,因为离火车站近,也就忍了。突然就通知因为安全问题,房间不能住了,前台也不能给个合理的解释,当晚就给我换了别的酒店,同样特别小不说!离火车站又远!关键是酒店因为太古老,楼上只有一动,木地板就吱吱响,一晚上没法睡觉!太耽误事了!差劲的出行体验!
因为要去看演出,所以预订了这家酒店住一晚。酒店离帕丁顿车站很近,地理位置非常理想。我们住的房间小巧精致,床很舒服,而且非常干净。工作人员都很有礼貌。我们没有在酒店用餐,所以无法评价食物。
环境不错,早餐比较丰盛。
我喜欢这家酒店离帕丁顿车站很近,周围还有很多商店和餐馆。酒店风格简约,满足我的需求。
周边交通出行太方便,从帕丁顿车站出来过条马路往前走100米-200米左右就到了。耗时约2-3分钟。
酒店的房龄应该很高,设施设备都很旧。
住的单人房,房间非常小但是配备比较齐全。
这里不是所有房型都有电梯直达,有些只能走楼梯,楼梯非常非常陡且窄,对拉箱子不是很友好。
服务人员态度很周到。
整体来说这个地理位置和价格还是比较合适的,就是真的设施老旧了些。
