Was absolutely blown away with how CLEAN the whole hotel was! Room was impeccable, no mold in the shower, applications were all spotless and all the common area were cleannnnn

the floor was filled with animal hair, the bed sheets were wrinkled as if somebody had uas them before. the walls were infested with stink bugs, the shelves in the bathroom were dusty and the coffee pot was fifthy. As a gold member we requested to change to a better cleaned room and was satisfied , but we will not stay in this hotel in future

Refused to provide a refund even though we canceled 24 hours in advance due to a large snow storm in the region. Very poor customer service

However, before I even had the chance to give a response, you posted several negative reviews. I am sorry, but there seems to have been a miscommunication.

There are, frankly, not any great hotels near the Grove City outlet malls. This is one of the better ones. Facilities are good, but cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. There were crumbs on the nightstand and a chair when we checked in and kitched counter was also dirty. Disappointing.

While the room itself was ok, the bathroom was poor. The shower “curtain” was so short it didn’t reach the top of the tub and the water poured out all over the floor. There were random hooks stuck to the wall and bottom of bathroom door.
The kitchen had 2 plates, 3 bowls for 4 people. When I went to the desk to get more, they did not have any.
