The place was very clean. The rooms are small. We got the room with a living room. There are two toilets and two sinks and that was convenient, however, the layout is a little odd. You have to go through the bathrooms to get to the living room, or use the other door from the hallway.

Great location - can walk to food, shopping, easy drive to hiking. The rooms are quite small, but nice ambience. The bathrooms are even smaller. Comfortable common lobby for coffee, sitting, reading. We'd stay again. Mozzolo's is right next door. Pretty good pizza - half price for happy hour. And Backstreet Hamburgers a short walk - also very good hamburgers and salads.

酒店回复: Dear Madisonmonroe, Thank you for staying at The Bristol Hotel- Steamboat Springs. We appreciate you taking the time to review your stay and provide feedback. We are so happy you enjoyed the location. We are in the heart of downtown Steamboat Springs and walkable to dining, shopping and night life. Our rooms are definitely quaint and compact due to the fact the hotel was built in the late 40's but we are so happy your enjoyed the ambiance. We hope you will stay with us the next time your travels bring you back to the Steamboat Springs area. Happy Travels!

What an experience! We had a chance to drive to SS to view the colors via SR 14. Staying at the Bristol was a special part of our getaway, with sufficient on-site parking and a superior downtown location on the main thoroughfare. A bonus --walking distance from well-reviewed restaurants! Tammy hosts you with playful banter! This is a hotel with historic mid-century quaintness-- i.e., snug dimensions. The central lounge was pleasant with self-serve hot/cold beverages/ morning pastries/ afternoon cookies/ local paper/ library. We'll be back!

The location of this hotel can't be beat if you are planning on staying downtown. An easy walk to all things downtown. The room that we had was fairly large, the bed was comfortable and the staff was wonderful. The downside...it was HOT!! They had a split unit in the room, but it did not cool the room down. We ended up getting a fan and opening the windows at night and that helped, however there are not screens on the windows and the bugs made themselves at home in the room. If you stay here be prepared to bake during the day in the summer, and if you need to open the windows you need to sleep in repellant.

The location in town is 5*! The hotel staff are so friendly and accommodating. The people you meet make this a cozy and warm experience. The light breakfast was a bonus. Coffee/ tea and water always there for you was so appreciated. This is a bare bone accommodation. They would have a gold mine with some major upgrading! But a place to hang your hat n good night's rest. This is it.

Quaint hotel, rooms small as is the bathroom … charming, walk to free shuttle, dinner, happy hours … loved the experience and would recommend. I stayed earlier in the week at condos near the slopes, actually found this more enjoyable and convenient.

I loved staying at the Bristol because it was steps from everywhere you want to be in downtown Steamboat. It was also very clean and well-kept for an old hotel. They clearly added modern touches. Two more things: the coffee was fantastic for a hotel - strong and delicious! and, the daily home-made pastries were amazing. I drooled over the mini croissants. So why 4 stars out of 5? I suppose I could have given them 5, but my very little room came with a 3'x3' shower. And even I, who am tiny, was squished. But, overall, it was a great experience.

It’s a lovely historic property. The rooms are small but neat and the feel is very comfortable. A bit of a throwback to simpler times. Not the choice for someone who wants to do pilates on the floor or lounge in a big sofa, but it worked great for me and my son. We had adjoining rooms with a jack and jill bathroom between our rooms.

Unfortunately we did not enjoy the room for the price paid. The room was clean but very very small and run down. It had a king size bed that filled the room. Breakfast was a few small pastries and some over ripe fruit. Pictures used for advertising do not represent well at all. I would not recommend it.
