差评，早餐厅就餐一分钟的时间就掉包了，造成护照、电脑💻，平板，车钥匙，信用卡，现金等全部丢失，服务员、前台接待，酒店的工作人员都极不负责任，报警也没有得到任何的回应和处理，欧洲的冶安实在让人堪忧
酒店距离亚历山大广场大约步行10-15分钟。总的来说，住得很愉快，早餐自助餐还行，没有特别出彩的地方。房间很安静，隔音效果很好。附近有Edeka超市和几家餐馆。工作人员很有礼貌。
酒店地理位置优越，离亚历山大广场不远。房间很宽敞。早餐还不错，餐厅也挺大，早餐的菜品每天都会有些变化。房间里没有开瓶器。餐厅周日和周一不提供晚餐。
这家酒店，我这次去德国期间，已经订了多次，一切都很满意，如果我们以后再去的话，我会通过携程继续订这个酒店！

酒店规模比较大，地处亚历山大广场附近，较中心，恰逢马拉松房间很难订，早餐也丰盛是我在德国期间最丰盛的一个酒店。
