地段较好，离二战美国检查站很近，出门交通方便，附近地铁、巴士都在三百米之内，酒店卫生也很干净，前台服务不错。早餐丰富，很好。
房间比较小，没有水，大堂的几欧元一瓶。到查理检查站比较近，到格兰登堡门那边步行20分钟可达。附近吃饭比较方便，购物广场也不远。
酒店地理位置优越，离Stadtmitte地铁站很近，去哪里观光都很方便。很多地方步行就能到达。
附近有比较大的超市和药店。
房间没什么特别的问题。地板上有点污渍，但完全不影响。空调也能正常使用。毛巾每天都更换。
淋浴水压很足，水温也没问题。
洗手液和沐浴露不知道为什么从第一天就是空的，但跟前台说了之后就及时补上了。
所有员工都非常友好和热情。
最后一天也帮我们寄存了行李。
总的来说，这是一家非常合适的酒店！
我很乐意推荐，也想再次入住！

房间干净卫生，设施齐全配套完善，非常适合居家旅行和度假，酒店位置很不错，出行方便快捷，是我们在柏林的上佳入住酒店
酒店位置离地铁站很近，离查理检查站也不远，交通挺方便，三人间房间可大，性价比也是挺高了，亲子出游可以选这里
位置非常好，周围有很多餐馆，开车几分钟就能到各个景点。酒店虽然基础，但设施齐全。一切都很干净，床、枕头和白色床单都很棒。浴室也是白色的，干净又新。
离Rewe超市非常近，旁边还有Rossmann药妆店和更实惠的LIDL超市。房间很紧凑，但和该连锁酒店的其他分店一样干净整洁。
去任何景点都很方便！附近有家有名的餐厅，即使晚上很晚回去，走回酒店也很安全。办理入住很顺利，早上六点左右出发，酒店也安排了提前退房。
我们支付了第三个人的费用，但却没有准备好床铺。当我们和礼宾部沟通时，他们把我们带到一个昏暗的储藏室，递给我们被子、枕头和床单。我们不得不自己铺床……没有提供卫生纸，也没有洗手液或洗漱用品。
我们到该酒店办理check-in,订单上的到店付款是21欧，但前台要求付53欧，我们问原因，前台说是城市税，非常强硬地说就是这个价，然后我们请携程和他沟通后，马上就恢复原价，我们问原因，为何这样？他又说我们英语不好，没有理解清楚，可明明post 机器上显示53欧，另外我们支付了2辆车车费48欧，但是这个前台在系统里写了一辆车付款，导致第二天办理check -out 时，又折腾了一些时间，总而言之这家酒店在不断给我们挖坑。
可能这家酒店不吉利，我们车停在酒店门口，给柏林2个年轻人扎轮胎，造成很**烦，花了37小时才解决
