I wish I would have read all of the other reviews prior to staying here. The same general manager appears to have been here for at least the last 2-3 years and continues to treat guest extremely poorly. I don't now that I would have believed the reviews had I not experienced it for myself. In over 30 years of staying at Marriott properties around the world the experience I had with this General Manager was the worst I have ever experienced. We arrived late as we were coming from a night game in Green Bay. I tried to message the hotel about our arrival, through the Bonvoy app but never received a response. This is very unusual as I normally here back fairly quickly. When we arrived we were not greeted as we normally are at a hotel, but I chalked that up to the later hour. The next morning though around 10 am, I was met in the hallway outside my room by the General Manager who informed me I needed to be out of the room within the hour. I explained that I was a platinum member and had requested a late check out, which by the terms can be as late as 4 pm. Not only did she refuse to honor the 2 pm late check out I requested, but she was very curt and rude while doing it. She informed me “that is only a request, and it’s denied”. A response that the properties other reviews reveal is a common practice. As my wife and I rushed to check out, we discovered that the shower in our room would not work, and water only trickled into the tub. Due to this fact we had to rush even more while taking baths to meet the checkout time. When I mentioned the problems with the shower at checkout, rather than apologize, the GM argued with me by telling me I just didn’t know how to operate the shower. I explained that my wife and I had stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world and knew how to work the shower. However, she still insisted I was the problem and asked “do you want me to go up and show you?” When I said no, I had no desire to go back upstairs, she made a snarky remark that if I would have called, she would have helped me. At first, I thought she might be having a bad day, however after reviewing other reviews it is clear that this is her normal behavior. This property is nice, recently remodeled and was clean, however the General Managers service is not up to Marriott's standards. Until the management issues are addressed I cannot recommend staying here.

From the time we walked in to the checkin area to leaving the next morning, it was a bad experience. All due to the management. No greeting or welcome at front desk. Claimed we werent Marriot members (been for many years). Gave us the wrong room & when we went back to tell them, and get the room we RESERVED, the mgr sniped back "you didnt touch anything in there did you?". Luckily I had screenshot of reservation because she tried to challenge that. Yikes! This is how you treat guests? No apology whatsoever. She acted irritated as if WE made the mistakes, not them. Horrible horrible customer service, the mgr is very mean. And we actually had to pay almost $800/night because they gouged on pricing due to air show in Oshgosh. It wasn't even a suite, just a basic room. If this is what Marriot accepts in franchises, we'll go back to Hilton. Can't count on the Marriot name anymore.

Great place for family
This hotel was clean, quite spacious, and had tons of parking available even during local events. We stayed for several days and will certainly be coming back again.

We stayed here for a tournament. The location is great, right off the highway with plenty of places to eat close by. The hotel is modern and extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and there are usb ports right in the bedside table. Each room has microwave and fridge. The bathrooms are large, and again, extremely clean. The gym was one of the best I have seen for this hotel tier. The pool is very small, but again, one of the cleanest facilities I have seen in my travels. My only issues were that the walls and floors are thinner (as it seems to be in a lot of newer basic hotels these days) so we could hear our neighbors and the people walking above us. However, we had expected this and brought a sound machine for the room to drown out exterior noise. Also, my son and I went down to breakfast at 7:02 (it started at 7:00) and half the items were already gone (waffles, Western omelette, etc). I know the hotel was fully booked, but I would have expected them to be prepared for this.

As longtime Bonvoy member, I was unable to get a late checkout. I asked upon arrival and they said check the day of to be sure. I did just that and they could give me an extra 30 minutes but not the 3 hours I requested. Housekeeping was about the only decent thing at this hotel. If you working and require a late checkout stay far away from this place.

If you need anything, good luck. The desk clerk, while nice, has absolutely no power to do anything for you. We checked in late, and upon requesting late check out, he didn't have authorization to even do that. Everything is micromanaged by the hotel manager. Even my Marriot Bonvoy membership didn't rate that, so it must be worthless. He did offer us a complimentary bottle of Aquafina water upon check-in, which ended up costing me $10/bottle, because I forgot to remove 2 bottles of it from the fridge (easy to forget since I didn't come with it or purchase it). What a rip-off. I asked the hotel manager to call me, upon discovering the charges, but he never did. Coffee at breakfast was lukewarm at 9:15 am, and served in Styrofoam cups, so you can't warm it up in the microwave. I do not recommend this hotel.

So clean . Coming in from a long road trip to relax in a clean ,odor free room is amazing. A lot of disrespectful comments about Dhvani , I totally disagree. She was always friendly and accommodating. I’m a clean quiet person and I love a clean quiet hotel . I have stayed in a lot of motels in the last 35 years , and this one is by far my favorite.
