The bed was stiff. Not only that, but the free breakfast was set up to look like you will get waffles and other hot food including a toaster. But all that is actually offered is small bowls for old dry cereal. I actually felt like some kind of discount she be given until their kitchen is back up to code. Part of what the high rate is covering is the breakfast. With as poor beds as they have, id say they are a glorified motel 6. The one good thing I can say is the hot tub in my room was nice. 😀

Staff were nice, including housekeeping. The facility was clean. However the toilet seat was cracked and not replaced after i informed them. The breakfast left much to be desired, not a full breakfast at all.

Staff was courteous, but the room walls were thin as paper. Was given a room with adjoining doors and that next door room ended up being loud from 10pm-12am. Bathtub was not great, I wouldn’t take a bath in it, but it made do for a quick shower. Bed was way too sturdy, ended up having back pain the next day and still some residual. In a pinch it would do, but I likely won’t be staying again if I need to feel rested.

The gal who checked us in was AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL, KIND, FUNNY and i could go on for ever. ******* didn't have our reservations confirmed but she figured it out and got it done. The room was absolutely clean and comfortable. We came for a funeral so exhausted when we got back. Unfortunately the people above us had kids that ran back and forth until almost 11pm. 😪 This was horrible but i understand kids but probably wouldn't put them in same area as older people!!! I dont know if your aware that toilet is not standard height and lost my balance because toooooo low. Your place and staff are truly a blessing and i would recommend to anyone looking for comfort. PLEASE give the gal who checked us in an Award for Above and Beyond for she made a bad day a Ray of Sunshine

性价比超级好，同等价位酒店中早餐最丰盛的。因为离高速近，早上车多了就能听到声音了，夜里基本没有声音
设施有点旧，需要翻修。员工非常友善，服务也很棒。

床简直糟透了。硬得像石头，半夜起床时，我被一个奇怪的悬浮架刮破了腿。酒店的空调坏了。前台小哥看起来很不舒服，走廊里也闷热难耐。幸好房间里的空调效果很好。我知道这里价格便宜，我们其实只是需要一个睡觉的地方，但他们需要去买床垫。就算只是睡觉的地方，我至少也需要一张能睡的床。房间很干净。咖啡架附近根本找不到电源插座。真奇怪。
