First, my initial interaction at check-in was VERY disappointing. After a 6 drive, I expected a warm greeting, but Marcus (the African American young man with the ponytail) was noticeably VERY rude. I spoke upon entering, and he did not respond. Instead, he looked at me as if I were an inconvenience. I chose to overlook it due to my long day.
When I received my room assignment, it was located on the first floor near the front desk and elevators, which I felt might be noisy. I said, ‘Excuse me, Marcus,’ but again received no verbal response, just a look that made me feel like I was bothering him. When I requested a room change, he sighed loudly, held out his hand for the previous key cards, and continued typing without saying a word. His demeanor was VERY unprofessional and dismissive.
Second, the bathroom in my room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was leftover soap from the previous guest, and the shower had mildew marks that could be improved with a deeper cleaning or use of stronger products like bleach.
On a positive note, the remainder of the staff, everyone except Marcus, was wonderful. They were friendly, helpful, and made the rest of my stay enjoyable. The room itself was clean and comfortable

上周末(7月29日),我带女儿入住了这家酒店。我们到达时非常疲惫,直接就去睡觉了。第二天早上,我发现了一些严重问题,并向前台反映了。我甚至给值班的客房部经理发了视频和照片。她和前台的女士都非常抱歉。但当那位经理,我猜他叫Corey,出来的时候……他的态度简直太糟糕了。事实上,我之前看到他走进来的时候并不知道他是经理,但我说了声“早上好”,他却径直走了过去。所以也许他那天心情不好……但这都与我无关。他提出给我一些积分,但对于我遇到的问题,这根本不够!即使在我表达了不满意之后,他也没有做出任何其他努力。我当时表达得很客气,但得到的只有糟糕的态度作为回报!我没有在这里分享视频,只是因为早餐区的那位女士非常出色……而且前台的工作人员也很贴心……但那位经理真是太差劲了👎🏾
饭店服务还有柜台人员很可爱,然后加上环境真的很棒,很多好吃的天气来的时候气泡饮真的很赞

我们预订了一间无障碍客房,配有可推入式淋浴间,就像图片上显示的那样。但实际入住的房间并没有配备可推入式淋浴间,而是只有步入式淋浴间和一把折叠椅。淋浴间的门太窄,我的轮椅根本进不去,转移过程非常困难且不安全。
不适合我
绝不再来。这酒店肯定是商务人士的。房间很简陋,没有微波炉、冰桶、咖啡机,也没有衣柜。淋浴还不错,但是地板很滑。早餐一般。两台咖啡机都坏了。这家酒店的价格和其他酒店差不多,所以下次我会选择别的酒店。
完全不了解酒店的设施。我们几周前就预订了房间,结果到了之后才被告知已经订满了。这怎么可能?谁知道呢。反正不会推荐这家酒店给任何人。
