Staff was very nice and helpful, facility was in great shape, very clean and all amenities in good order. My room was exceptionally nice, very modern and comfortable. I will stay there again when in the area.

Room was a good size and enjoyed having the sitting area. The top comforter had a stain or two on it so we just removed it, didn't need it anyway. Breakfast ends at 9am, even in the weekends which surprised me.

I love this Hotel
I stay at this hotel often, and it’s always my go to when staying in KC. It’s consistently nice. The people are friendly, the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is always great, with fresh fruit, biscuits & gravy, fresh waffles and omelettes among the options. It’s also very safe. The exterior is well lit, with cameras, and a tag reader.

Property fairly new & nice ! Only concern I have is the in depth cleaning that’s going unattended. This will make property go downward fast. Example in room area of ours walls were heavy on dirty( a small wipe with towel would do). Hopefully the cleaning crew gets better to keep this property nice as long as possible.

Very expensive but disappointing- gnats filled the lobby and when I complained the front desk said they’d give me a swatter - yuck! The pool was so over chlorinated that as we sat and watched our kids our eyes were burning. They wouldn’t give us sheets for the pull out couch for our son to sleep on, the gravy at breakfast was cold, it was in a crock pot so guessing they didn’t turn it on. Then when I used the washer to wash
