The hotel was asthetically very pleasing. The lobby and elevators had a very strange smell that was pungent and sour. Luckily our floor and room did not have the same smell. The Air in our room was broken and we could not adjust it and they did not have a tech to fix it.
The breakfast area was very dirty, there was no one cleaning up after guests finishing their meals.

The lack of parking, and the ridiculous/expensive valet parking was the worst part. But I am appreciative of you supplying breakfast. That was the main reason I chose your hotel.

I found great parking just a block away. But, I stumbled on it after driving around for 10 or 15 minutes. It would be great if you added a map of parking lot options to your website or to the confirmation emails.
