The staff was polyparoting the managers. And they were rude beyond, disbelief. The moto for the facility saiys if you do not like our facility the nights on us, in so many words. Not my kind of friendly service

I had my daughter stay there during a storm in Minnesota. The hotel is a short drive from her school. The snow storm caused a lot of problems and her phone wasn’t working. Hotel staff helped her get her phone charged and Jerome at the front desk did an amazing job keeping worried parents informed of how everything was going! Thanks for the extra attention!

特别好，对比Priceline和各大网站，发现咱们携程最便宜。从放假到服务，空调太冷会给heater，早餐也很好吃，所有的人员特别nice，从前台到housekeeping。还在downtown去哪都方便，以前没发现这酒店这么好，如果以后有需要，一定会再定这家。（很暖入住发现电视上有预定的名字
酒店的房卡全都打不开门，每次出入房间都得去大堂请工作人员带我们去房间。想想看，如果好几个客人同时回来，光是进自己付了钱的房间就要等很久，我们只好提前一晚退房。而且这种情况是整个酒店都这样，不只是我们一家！我们订了两个房间。
员工服务很棒！房间超级干净！停车不太方便，代客泊车要53美元！早餐一般，但工作人员很热情！主要问题是系统故障，房卡打不开，我们想进房间的时候，工作人员只能带我们去。我住过很多酒店，从来没遇到过这种情况。他们说这也不是第一次发生这种情况了，真是奇怪又很不方便。
前台服务周到热情，房间干净整洁，维护得也很好，周边环境很棒，早餐美味可口，选择丰富，厨师也超级友好。非常棒的体验，性价比很高。
