The shuttle took additional time because I called when they were putting gas in the van apparently. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable, just minor wear on various fixtures. This would be expected for a room at a lesser price, but a little lackluster for the price I paid.

Paid in full for a dbk queen room 25 days in advance. We had to have a late check in due to airline problems. We called the hotel direct to let them know and not give up oir room. A girl named April, assured us she would wait for us as they dont cancel reservations.
We arrived at the hotel around 1 am and not only had they guven our dbl queen away, they put us in a handi-cap room with a shower that spilled over into the vanity area.only had they

周末飞过来,就是为了出去走走……落地前就预付了所有费用。酒店停车场停车费50美元,简直疯了。电视音量开到100,根本没法看电视,也没法玩游戏。7月4日的周末到了……因为4号那天他们举办了一个“私人”派对,所以没法游泳。
我晚上晚些时候才到这家酒店,前台的姑娘非常友好,乐于助人。
我一进房间,房间就非常干净舒适。虽然房间稍微小了一点,但我不介意。我一个人旅行。床很舒服,水也很热。这就是我所需要的!
空调自动开启前会发出奇怪的机械噪音,之后就一直响个不停——噪音持续了一整晚,我们几乎没睡,累得根本没法抱怨,也没法起床!不过问题已经出现了——请帮我修好,以便下一位客人入住,因为我根本睡不着!
还行,就是预订时没有透露隐藏停车费,停车场停车位非常小,甚至打不开车门。办理入住时工作人员没有提供停车证,看到好几辆车都带着停车证,我才去问。
设施优美,服务周到,但我的信用卡上却不断出现未经批准的费用。
