Restorative work being done & lobby fumes were very strong.
Also a rug in the bathroom would help

Great staff. Really friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Close to Main Street. I would definitely stay again the next time we visit cape cod!

Location, & Carla @ front desk wonderful.
There was a bit of odor from work going on.
The ice machine was a bit loud & usage from guests.
I always like a quiet room.

Location was on a side street that wasn’t well lit at night. Can walk to ferry. Walk to beach was far but there is a shuttle.
Breakfast was ok. Hotel looked to be under construction in certain areas. Hallways were not welcoming. Need some decor and better paint job. Air conditioning was fine but smelled.

The property is within walking distance from the transportation center but the information desk at the transportation center did not tell me about it and not taxi was available. The pictures showed that the room has bathtub but they did not, I asked for refund before checking in but even though the employee agreed that the posted pictures have bathtub but in reality no bathtub exist, the management refused the refubd

Unfortunately, an old photo showing a bathtub was still visible at the time of your booking, and we regret the inconvenience this caused.Regarding your refund request, our team explained that while the photos did not reflect our most recent updates, the room amenities met the standards of the booking made. For this reason, a refund was not possible.We have since updated our listing to ensure only accurate and current photos are displayed. We truly value your comments, as they help us improve transparency and the guest experience.

The rooms were filthy… the pictures on their website and other sites are totally misleading… rooms look nothing like the images at all… not even remotely close…claims they were updated a year ago… well if it was the got ripped off.. walled and saw a bug walking across the tv stand… tv didn’t work toilet seats were loose… rooms were filthy… spilled food on the sticky floors… we had 2 rooms and both were just as bad as the other… there’s a comfort inn next door owned by the same guy in much better condition but they won’t move you over there… spend your money elsewhere… asked to have someone come to at least tighten the the toilets seats… as I was explaining to the people in the second room we booked a guy comes down the hallway and I asked if he was the maintenance man he said no and said he was something else and walked right between us into the other persons room without identifying himself and stating what he was there for of which an argument ensued as he felt he had the right to walk in a room that his wife was in and daughter… this is ridiculous… I would never recommend this place or return here again
