The entire management and service at the property was terrible we booked a private pool villa as written on site but the pool was common between some 15-20 villas there were cobwebs in the entire villa the bubble bath was full of black ants most of the staff at reception was uncooperative and rude specially a person named rahul room service was pathetic and they would often keep the reviver off the hook to avoid guest calls food menu and taste was also bad

Beautiful hotel. Pleasant surroundings. Very good staffs. Dining area superb. Could not guess there could be such heavenly area. I will go there again if i get time.

It's very much comfortable stay. All the services of that hotel is extremely good. But the reflection restaurant is not upto to the mark for their services

Should avoid going on weekdays. These are haunting houses. No one was there in the entire resort. Even the reception was not operating after 4pm. When i complained they shifted me to another property. I paid for villa but stayed in a room. Staf of the other property was decent. But i still feel being robbed.

Loved the property, food, service, everything. The staff was very polite. Service was super. Chef made us the best breakfast and dinner. One of the best hotels/resorts we have ever visited. Would recommend to everyone. 6 out of 5 for food and service.

Room service is pathetic, if you are ordering tea in the evening it will get delivered at night, there was power cut also multiple times. Maintainance was very poor. Would not recommend at all

The experience was superb. The place is calm serene and beautiful, the amenities, rooms and service. Every thing is good though they are little slow and minor coordination issues are there. Overall great experience.

The staff are not friendly and have no intention to give customer service. I booked a package, which they denied and gave me normal package despite zero price difference

The property is great but it can improve on the hygiene and management of the guests. And also keep an eye on their pool facilities and hygiene.
