地段特别好，机场SKY巴士下车出门对面就是酒店，交通方便去任何地方。从前台到服务人员都热情周到。房间干净光线好。
周围修路没有通知，打车不能到酒店，很不方便住客！
一件T恤告知前台打扫卫生的收走了，前台竟然说客房服务没有看见，问洗衣店没有下文，酒店也无任何说法，即使要退房了，前台也没有说一声道歉，服务素质和意识极差！
不得不提这个酒店的位置绝佳，对面就是机场专线车站，还有个城市奥莱，出门就是免费公交，也离一日游的集合地很近，总之非常完美的位置了。服务也还不错
干净整洁。地理位置绝佳——SkyBus 就在酒店门口下客。
酒店位置很好，就在南十字星车站对面，步行即可到达漫威体育场，方便参加RMIT毕业典礼。附近餐厅和美食选择多，免费电车也很方便。
很棒的住宿地点。交通非常便利，火车站在马路对面，电车就在门口。房间干净宽敞。前台非常友好，巧克力时间是个惊喜加分项。在墨尔本是很不错的住宿选择。
酒店地理位置优越，就在南十字星车站对面，搭乘火车往返墨尔本图拉马林机场非常方便！餐饮店很便利，沿着斯宾塞街还有免费电车服务！
酒店位置特别好，在南十字星车站对面，早餐品种少，双人床的床太小。卫生还可以。坐免费电车就在酒店门口。去景点很方便！
酒店只有6层，楼上是写字楼？离车站近，去机场特方便！
位置很好，房间挺新的，也挺干净。我的房间是临街的，会有电车的声音，但还好。
酒店位于市中心，就在南十字火车站旁边。对于游客来说，乘坐电车或其他交通工具探索城市非常方便。早餐不错，工作人员也很友好乐于助人。双床房的床尺寸有点小，如果能改进一下，住宿体验会更好。总的来说，我们对这次墨尔本之行入住这家酒店感到满意。会推荐给朋友以及所有计划去墨尔本的人。
