I was there for a conference of almost 1,000 students and sponsors. Service was excellent, rooms were quiet and free breakfast and dinner available. Would 100% stay here again!

Very, Very nice. Always, first think I look at is landscaping. It foretells that attitude of the hotel. Drury of the Cape was nicely done, well maintained and fresh. Ok, good start. Start check in and Travelocity computer was not up to speed with Drury's. Desk person got manager, sorted it in just a few short minutes, with a smile the whole time, and up to my room. Room was immaculate, well appointed, nicely decorated, and just plain comfortable. Relaxed a few minutes in the comfortable chair and went down for complimentary dinner. No gigantic spread but, way more than I expected and very tasty. Eveything about my stay was over the top for the price I paid. Everyone working there seemed happy and smiling genuinely.Absolutely one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. This company has the right idea on providing service while not trying to rob you at the same time. Thank You!

At check in— Given room type requested and room already occupied. That was terrible. Given new room, downgrade from prepaid room. Two staff unable to correct overcharge.
