Towels should be removed from service
Towels provided looked like they were cleaning rags. Looking just like towels used to detail a car.

Cheap but gross
The room was disgusting. Burn holes in sheets and comforters. Bath tub so gross i would not take a shower. The rooms do not look anything like the pictures. Towels super old. Floor had some things on it so not sure if it was even vacuumed. Slept with the light on since i was not sure what bugs would come out in the dark. Pillows were flat. Vanity was painted boards not even a vanity.

Since the begining i was complaining about bed bugs and they moved me around to other rooms but the situation continued..Horrible experience

Disgusting
This hotel was musty and dirty. We were propositioned by a man in the parking lot. Never again!!!
