Staff is usually awesome and very helpful. Unless you get the mid eastern lady. She is very rude, not pleasant to talk to. And didn’t want to help me with one dollar exchange for quarters. So if you get her good luck. Aside from that. It’s quiet. And 5 star hotel compared to the super 8 a block down

Great staff, close to a lot of food and shopping, Experian made it affordable for me, rooms are bigger than other hotels, lots of lighting not dark and dreary, even the guests are really friendly around you! Also kid friendly!

The room was very dirty. Cobwebs everywhere. Stains all in the bathtub and the walls. There was a mirror that was supposed to be hanging on the wall over the dresser and it was actually on the ground. I would’ve said something or I would’ve gotten another place to stay, but I couldn’t afford it. I guess I get what I paid for.
