Stuck in snowstorm and were so happy to find this place for the night. Really nice staff and much nicer facility than we were expecting for the great price. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and filling. Beds were very comfortable.

The restaurant in the basement was a nice option, like that they have laundry facilities but no way to get change (they are cashless), beds are nice, overall it’s fine for a quick trip in and out. Within walking distance to the emergency, rehab and heart hospitals.

Room smaller than most downtown hotels. OK for one, but two would feel cramped. Nothing of interest within three blocks. Probably would not stay again. Many more attractive options available. 7/10.

Parking at this hotel is a major problem. Guests are suppose to get a numbered space when checking in but no one parks in the correct spaces. You come in at night and your space is taken! If there is none available you are asked to park at another location a block or two away from the hotel. Also they charge for parking per night. I will never stay at this hotel again !

The room was clean, but the halls were awful - the staff was friendly, but seriously had no idea how to check us in - I was charged 3x for a prepaid room - I am battling them now on the charges.A/C worked fine, we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel - The room was absolutely tiny, smaller than a bedroom. When asked they told me we had the biggest room. Maybe 12x12?

第二次入住了。酒店很不错。唯一有点不好的就是能听到关门的声音，不知道是哪间，但是特别响，而且晚上和白天断断续续一直都有！另外提醒一下，停车费是17美元。所有员工都非常友好，无论是办理入住退房的，还是保洁员，特别是酒吧的服务员。
酒店靠近一条繁忙的马路，所以有时候能听到汽车经过的噪音。我们和总经理反映了这个问题，她很热心地帮我们把房间换到了楼层更高的地方，噪音问题改善了很多。总经理人真的很好，很热情。
住得很愉快
整个房间和预订都很完美，工作人员非常理解语言差异（法语/英语）。
唯一的缺点是我的房间里有一些之前客人留下的垃圾，不过白天打扫房间的时候已经清理干净了。
尽管德凡特餐厅的服务很好，但他们早餐没有面包、牛奶或鸡蛋；他们只能给我们提供煎饼和水果。
