After booking online, picking a pet friendly hotel, they wouldn’t let me stay. They said I had too many dogs. I have 4 dogs with me. I’ve stayed in other hotels without issue. News flash people: problem pets are not due to how many or the pet! It’s there human owner. My dogs are behaved because I want them to be able to go places and behave themselves. They owe me a refund because they wouldn’t allow me to stay after paying. The hotel across the street accommodated us all without issues.

Very clean. Staff was polite, welcoming and efficent. Breakfast was pretty good. Convenient to Bend, Sisters, and airport.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I would prefer if they had a hot tub with the pool… otherwise great stay and had everything else I was looking for
