The front desk staff needs better training. They take forever to acknowledge you are there and then yell and you and get rude when you make requests. Respectfully, if they do not know how to work the computer system do not put them up there. They are quick to yell at your face but the second you make a valid question they look at you like your stupid. we had an EXTREMELY bad experience where we were needing to leave early (we would leave before the daily checkout time) and they would not refund us the money of the days we wouldn’t use. they kept saying “you make us lose money”. We had to call the police and to them they were nice and polite but beforehand they were rude, loud, not welcoming, and act as if the guests are a bother. DO NOT BOOK HERE

My father really liked his stay with y'all. Sometime the front desk staff were not knowledgeable but they eventually we're able to help us. The value of this hotel is excellent.

Internet was down upon check in so had to wait to check in. Couldn’t get streaming to TV to work due to internet.

The owner Minish was very welcoming to all who were staying for our nephews wedding. My rating for cleanliness was a 4 because i noticed under the sink area it was not cleaned. There was a empty toilet paper roll under the sink area. Overall, our stay was great!

墙壁薄如纸。任何来自隔壁房间、楼上房间或外界的噪音，听起来都像是在您的房间里。房门底部和右侧有一个很大的缝隙，大量的光线从走廊透进来。走廊的灯要么是晚上晚些时候的运动传感器，要么是它们出了故障，整晚都在闪烁，偶尔会把光线照进我们的房间。床看起来很干净，但躺下后，床单和枕头闻起来很不舒服。从暖气/空调机组出来的空气有一股难闻的气味，我们以为这只是暂时的（很久没用了，只是吹了吹灰尘），但情况一直没有好转。很明显，这是一栋质量很差的建筑，维护/清洁工作做得很差，不值他们每晚的价钱。不推荐入住。
我们入住时，前台的男士人很好……但淋浴的水压很差。水槽排水很慢（我们入住的最后一晚根本没排水）。地板看起来很干净，但我女儿光着脚丫子一个小时后，脚底就变成棕色了。
他们来打扫房间时，没有给我们更换卫生纸（卫生纸用完了），另一个房间的毛巾也没有更换（不过他们把用过的毛巾拿走了）。
早餐种类非常有限。
我知道这不是一家豪华酒店，也不是什么超级贵的酒店，但考虑到这个价格，应该更好一些。
