It was a little confusing finding the front entrance. The bathroom had old washcloths in the shower and there were no tissues. There was no coffee maker for a quick morning cup. Who wants to go downstairs before a shower to get coffee. For the cost of the room the company can afford at least a small Kuerig.

We arrived at 130 am after a long drive, no one was at the desk. We waited about 15 minutes, then I called and someone came out. They were pleasant but I just wanted to get to bed and not wait in the lobby.

We had a water leak in the ceiling of our bathroom. The staff was great. They came right up and took a look and even took a couple pictures. They were going to give us a full refund, but, they said ******* has to do that because we used a third party to book the room. They can't give a refund until ******* OK's the refund. Please OK the refund.

Room was clean but did not have a dresser. Weird. Or closet. Beds comfy and comfortable. Just stayed 1 night and breakfast was good.

Room was extremely clean. The bed was wonderful! We slept like we were on a cloud. The clerk made check-in very easy and was very helpful!!

Looked like a newer hotel and it was very modern and clean. The staff we encountered were pleasant and very helpful.

Clean room, great breakfast, nice staff. Lost two stars because the beds, linen and pillows were all uncomfortable. Also they don’t put flat sheets on their beds which I thought was strange, I didn’t like having their comforter up against my skin.
在去北卡的途中需要在贝克利过夜，因为入住过好几家希尔顿Tru酒店,印象不错，所以订了此店。 房间的布局与其它Tru是一样的，简洁实用。
房间里面的布局和设施都很现代
