We have a wonderful stay here. The room was clean and extremely functional. The attention to detail at this Residence Inn was incredible. We will be staying again in the near future.

We checked in. Told the desk right away that the internet was not working. Kept returning to the desk for help to fix the problem. Their customer service is the worst we have ever dealt with. No one has reached out to us. The desk girl gave us a tech support # WE had to call. WE CALLED. They were unable to help us. We asked about a different room early on…It wasn’t until 7 hours of back and forth that they reluctantly said they could move us to a smaller room. We are on a two month summer vacation with two dogs and two children…we have stayed at MARRIOTT hotels through the country. This has been the absolute worst! With such a long vacation, we depend on the internet to do work..today had been a major FAIL. Where are the managers?

Nice accommodations
Very nicely maintained hotel. The room are all suites. We stayed in a two queen room. Full kitchen. The bedroom is in a separate room from the living room, kitchen and dining. This provides privacy if someone wants turn in early. The breakfast offering was nice.

The room was very nice with quality furnishings and plenty of room for the five adults in my party. The only slight drawback was the bathroom sink that drained very slowly, but that seems to be a problem with a great many hotel rooms.

Wonderful hotel!
The staff was very friendly and kind. Breakfast selections were excellent. Patsy, I believe her bame is, in the kitchen/breakfast area was very friendly and did a great job of refilling any empty breakfast choices. She was very helpful, as well as the other breakfast staff helping out.
Bed was comfortable. Pillows were great! We enjoyed our 4 day stay!
