We were met with a clean, spacious room, comfy beds, and a follow up text soon after settling in to make sure everything was ok. The lobby had coffee and hot water for tea and cocoa throughout the evening, and the hot breakfast bar was well-maintained (and can we talk about those buttery biscuits?!?). Will definitely keep this hotel on my radar for future trips

I had an excellent experience during my stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was welcoming and attentive, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality and great service.

I was really disappointed when I arrived at this hotel and found that there wasn’t a store within walking distance. There was no food options except for your typical grab and go and it was only Coke products. There weren’t any vending machines in the hotel at all. I forgot my watch called immediately when I realized it and they have made it extremely difficult to get it back saying I have to buy a prepaid label and send it to them. They have done nothing to try and help me.

The hotel was very clean, cozy, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I especially appreciated how spacious and modern the suite felt. I was flying into Fort Myers late at night and this hotel is very close to the airport. They had a shuttle service and there it was a quick override in Naples the next day.
