I was flying into Fort Myers late at night and this hotel is very close to the airport. They had a shuttle service and there it was a quick override in Naples the next day.

The check-in staff was not so friendly, however, Brooke absolutely made up for this and was amazingly friendly and welcoming. We met Brooke the morning after check-in and she redeemed the iciness of the evening check-in staff. Also, both over the phone prior to checking in as well as checking in physically, we were told that we were approved for a noon late check-out, seeing as we arrived at 1:30am. Staff started knocking on our door & opened our door starting at 10:15am. They knocked on our door twice more prior to 11am, and once more opened the door prior to 11am. Again, we had been approved for a late checkout due to how late our flight landed. I want to stress that Brooke was amazing, the beds were super comfortable, and the Fair-Trade coffee in the morning was delicious & greatly appreciated!

The two desk clerks could care less about service. The lights kept coming on in our room every two hours so sleep was interrupted. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine all night. The room was very nice but we will try somewhere else the next time.

2nd time staying at this location. Flawless, clean, convenient, great staff. We didn't go out to dinner because their food selection was perfect for us !!! Will def. be a return guest !!!!!
