The staff were very attentive and helpful. The free shuttle transportation to downtown was easy to use and quick to pick us up and drop off. Room was spacious and clean. Mattress in the room was not very comfortable. Overall, I’d stay here again!

Prior reviews indicated an airport shuttle service, let me be very clear - The is no airport shuttle, and apparently never has been. This is the reason we chose this hotel over other similar hotels. It cost us $38 to get to the airport via uber.
There is, however, a local area shuttle which is very convenient to get to and from Broadway, but the last pickup is 9:30 pm. It is then very difficult and expensive to get an uber back late at night.
Pluses are: the convenience of the area shuttle and friendly drivers. The room was a great size and quite comfortable.
Negatives: absolutely atrocious, inedible breakfast, in fact have never seen worse.
Really bad smell upon entering the hotel (almost like a sewer smell).
No airport shuttle, that info needs to be removed from the “top” reviews section.
Nothing much around the area to get something to eat.

There are over 5 Home2 properties within 15 minutes of each other. Make sure you are reviewing the right property. I do apologize for any other inconveniences during your stay

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything looked new and was very clean. I loved the fact that there was a bigger fridge, a dishwasher, and dishes. Great for leftovers. I wasn't charged a deposit and the free breakfast was excellent. Everything about this place was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

We never got room service after requesting it twice. Never got our safe fixed after multiple requests and it smelled like sewage in the lobby.

Room was excellent, the breakfast was also very good. The best part is having access to the shuttle to go to/from Broadway (within their schedule, be sure to ask when final pickup time is).

There was a terrible, sewer like smell in the lobby. It was really bad. Otherwise, everything was very nice. the shuttle service and drivers were awesome.

Room very clean, bed and bedding was super comfortable. The breakfast was just ok, basic waffle maker and cereal type. The premade eggs and meat were dry. Staff very nice. Shuttle downtown came in handy for us. The best part was a noon check out! Will stay here again.

入住体验糟透了。员工是新手，什么事都要打电话问别人。真不明白她为什么还要一个人工作。我花了将近一个小时才办完入住。她根本解释不了那些莫名其妙的额外收费。我取消了预订，宁愿多花点钱找个更好的地方。
房间宽敞，配有小厨房，一切都是全新的，干净整洁。
