Breakfast subpar quality. Unthawed hard frozen strawberries with no taste is absolutely not the way to go. Bananas and oranges are so old and taste bad.

Our room was nice and mostly clean. There were splashes of something crusted on one wall, and the trim in the bathroom had been broken and horribly fixed. The bathroom doors were sliding (hate that!) and wouldn’t shut all the way without a struggle and some muscle.
Worst thing….someone had vomited right outside the elevator at some point in the night. There were towels piled on it, and some of it had already dried and so it had been there a while. GROSS! We went to breakfast and came back up and it was still there. I stood at the front desk for about 5 minutes to check out and report the situation around 9:00 a.m. No one came to the counter, so I left. I won’t be going back.

离俄亥俄州立大学非常近，酒店干净便捷，很新，适合出差开会，早餐也不错，是正常凯悦House的水准。停车非常方便。
这个酒店感觉还行，可以住，看点评有一些方面不好所以很担心，因为离去的地方很顺路所以选择试一试，但结果比预想的好很多，卫生方面很干净，也安全。

Melinda 和 Becky 非常热心地帮我调整了住宿安排。她们真的非常乐于助人，我很感激她们的真诚。
房间干净整洁，还提供免费热早餐。不过隔音效果不太好，能听到隔壁房间的人声和电视声。但他们睡得挺早。
早餐很差，我在酒店住了两晚，两天里咖啡都喝完了，仅有的水果也吃光了。
床铺也不是每天都打扫。
前台工作人员态度很差，一点也不友善，甚至连早餐等所有服务都解释不清楚。
