When I filtered the hotels I specified "with breakfast included". When my girlfriend and I got to the check-in in the hotel the lady told us that " the breakfast is available", not included. We made the reservation for 3 nights and this weekend the hotels double the price. We are very uncomfortable thchange

The hotel is nice but the daily $50 deposit/hold fee is insane! We’ve always just paid a one time deposit/hold for about $100. Overall it was in a good location for a wedding reception we would be attending.

This hold is to cover any charges or damages to the room. This does get released upon check out depending on charges. I will work with my team to make sure this is better communicated going further. The overall stay was pleasant. The director of rooms was kind enough to comp one of our nights for a maintenance issue in our room. The only thing the rooms could really use is more drawer space for guests. We only had 2 small drawers for 3 people in our room. The hotel was clean, inviting and well updated.

尽管我此行的原因是为了参加亲人的葬礼，但我在这里的住宿体验还是很愉快的。我的房间为我提供了宁静与独处，让我在各种活动和仪式之间得到了很好的放松。房间和整个酒店的设计及装潢都非常棒，前台服务也堪称一流。我遇到的两位前台工作人员在得知我的情况后都表达了非常亲切的慰问。谢谢你们。
工作人员很热情，但主要问题是浴室洗手池的底部是平的，根本排不干净，池子里总是积水。为了避免水溅出来，我只好用浴缸刷牙洗手。我跟三位工作人员都说了，他们说所有的洗手池都是这样，换房间也没用。洗手池的设计或许好看，但里面总是漂着牙膏渍，怎么也清理不掉！
这是我第二次入住这家酒店。从仁川到酒店花了20多个小时，相当累，但Nelson的专业精神和友善让我感觉好多了。或许是因为一开始就很积极，我的整个入住体验都很舒适愉快。下次出差我还会再次入住这里。Nelson是最棒的酒店员工。
