You complained about not enough power points, the clothes racks, everything in the room was not up to your standard.The 3 other rooms in your group were all very happy with their rooms and the service, including your son and husband.Thank you, Marylou manager,

I’ll start with the positives. It’s a short list. The fridge was better than I expected. The cooling system worked. The shower was good. Now for the negatives.
Check in was from 2pm. No one arrived until 2.10. The line was “someone at our other motel locked herself out of her room “. Having re-read the reviews, this seems to be the standard excuse…I unpacked a little and realised there were no towels in the room. Back to Reception, no one there. I rang the number provided, left a message, no response, waited another ten minutes with a guy trying to check in. I was told “this is the third week in a row they’ve forgotten to put towels in”. The very nice (but overworked or disorganised) manager said she’d deliver them. Meanwhile, I couldn’t log on to the wifi. Back to Reception. It seems it’s a common problem. I was given the management password and it worked okay… An hour later, she came with 2 bath towels, no hand towels. But nowhere to hang them apart from one hook. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. One power point was broken, meaning you could watch tv or boil hot water. And the advertised toaster wasn’t there.
I realised at around 9pm, when I was wondering how much I’d paid for this place, that in fact I’d booked a triple room and was given a double. And a double made for one occupant. One bedside lamp. One chair. One serving of sugar. And one dead cockroach on the floor which had probably died of disappointment.
Innisfail is nice, but don’t stay there. Stay in Tully.

There was large gap below our door to the outside where we needed to shove a pillow to feel safe from the critters of Australia. We had no where else to stay as we were exhausted from driving. Would absolutely not recommend unless desperate, as we were.

It was simple & convenient & close for our overstay needs , the owners were helpful and it was quiet and felt safe. Still would be good to have better locks on the door . I suggest a dead lock or chain lock as only had the door knob style handles.

From the moment getting out of the cab, the lady and i, just felt more than welcome. Mary-Lou the owner is such a bubbly lovely person, nothing was too much trouble.
I would definitely recommend this motel and will definitely stay here in the future.

没有接待处——因为没有人在场，导致入住延迟。经理表示她会提供帮助，但当我们向她要洗发水和护发素时，她却公然表现出敌意。我们询问是否有熨斗可用，却从未得到回复（我们来镇上参加葬礼），这可能是我住过的最破败的地方了。******* 他们竟然把房产信息都列出来，真是丢脸。
